I went into Whits on the 28th about 2pm. There were people in line and only one associate working. She was taking orders, making their orders and filling the machines. When it was my turn I asked her if she was alone in the store...she said yes, she had been alone since 10am. This type of situation is ridiculous...only one associate in the store working hard to satisfy the customers. The associate should not have been alone. Cool old building, custard and whitty's are good, but the staff is seemingly not trained well. Whitsers have toppings in the top half and none in the bottom. I have had about a 10% order failure rate due to poor communication register to back and back to handing out. I have gotten someone else's order that they said was mine and others have gotten mine. Maybe I was spoiled by the Whit's where we lived previously or just because Dairy Queen & Culvers doesn't...
