To anyone considering stopping into Adesso to get a coffee to-go, I would implore you to go literally anywhere else.
I have given this business multiple chances just to see if my experiences were a 1-off, and have been assured that they weren’t.
From the moment you enter, the baristas will be talking with each other and ignoring the customers (I have timed it on my phone’s stopwatch once, and waited 8.5 minutes from time I walked in the door, to the time I could even order- with no line).
The coffee is extremely overpriced for what it is, and their espresso-based drinks are pulled using too much water. They will also charge you even MORE if you ask for simple syrup (white sugar mixed with water, something that is free at every single other coffee shop in Mason) if you don’t want to use the molasses containing “Sugar in the Raw” that doesn’t dissolve.
At Adesso, expect to be made to feel like a burden for daring to order coffee and interrupting the Baristas 10-minute long conversation. And you’ll pay an arm and a leg for the privilege.

you would’ve thought i was an inconvenience walking in to get a coffee from a place i had never visited (which i was actually really excited for.) the barista never greeted me, then proceeded to seem frustrated when i asked about flavors. two other customers walked in right after we ordered, she greeted both of them acting incredibly nice and different. i will not be going back. oh, i also said thank you for the coffees and she walked away from me. what a joke.

Avoid like a plague!
I stopped by Adesso Coffee at 4:50 PM to order a coffee, but an employee told me they’d be closing in 10 minutes. She also gave me a to go cup without asking if I wanted it that way, and her tone suggested I should’ve known their schedule or as if questioning why I came so close to closing. Both Google and the sign on their door list hours as 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, so it was confusing to be told otherwise. This kind of inconsistency is frustrating and makes people hesitant to support local businesses. It would help if the posted hours matched the actual hours. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and inconsistent.
And to the owner "Chuck"; I’d appreciate it if you could avoid the typical condescending response you often give to feedbacks. I don't want a free drink.

Terrible service. Arrogant staff. Furniture that was probably bought in a flea market. They can't even comply with their own schedule. Their sign says it closes at 9PM and today 11/9/24 they were running their customers out at 4PM. The lady there was in a hurry wanting to leave with her boyfriend.

The staff was rude. I ordered 2 mocha cappuccino and 1 latte to go. Went to pick up and instead of cappuccino they were mocha lattes. I asked the barista and he said that's what I ordered. I showed him the receipt that was beside the drinks.. He then without saying a word rudely turned away and made me the mocha cappuccino and set them on the table. No sorry or friendly gesture.

I stopped by here at the suggestion of a friend. I had the Lavender Latte and was pleased to discover the lavender was subtle and the drink wasn't sweet. Exactly as I would want it. The atmosphere inside is very cozy but I think it was too warm. I decided to sit outside and it's very noisy since it's on a main road. So many buses!!! Still, if I wasn't just visiting from out of state I would absolutely go back. Also, the service was great. The young lady was fast, courteous and very friendly. 😊
Parking: The parking is pretty tight. It takes everyone a few minutes to back out. They are obviously regulars and know how to maneuver the tight space. I may take a bit longer in my rental car! 😂

This place is so cute! It has a homey vibe, a great café with lots of options, but it’s also this beautiful gift shop and has nice seating areas for meeting up with friends. I went on a weekday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy and we didn’t feel rushed at all.

Rude staff. Like I go to cofeee shops all the time: they didn’t greet me or tell me bye. I asked a question about strawberry matcha and they acted like I was insane. Plus coffee is so so.
