These are unlike any pretzel I've ever had. Greasy and a more fluffy bread. Didn't have that texture or look pretzels normal have. Smelled like a grilled cheese sandwich so much oil on them. The bites weren't edible they were soaked in oil. Seemed like one batch we got was old, and the other was fresher but it didn't matter they were both inedible. Would skip this stand.
We really like their pretzel bites!

This is a review for the other auntie Anne’s within kings island but is not on google maps.
I walked up to a terribly formed line where everyone was just standing grouped around waiting on pretzels. The person in front of me had a kid and a stroller and ordered an ICEE. She received it without a lid and it was overflowing. She ended up dropping the whole cup all over the ground because of how terribly it was made. The woman was obviously very upset and asked for some napkins and instead of the worker getting some for her he just said they were around the corner.
This was only the start though because when I finally got to order he said “what” 4 times when all I was asking for was original pretzel nuggets. He asked me what kind after I had just said original and he proceeded to charge me for cinnamon ones which are more expensive. I finally go to pay with card and he stood there and told me they’re only taking cash. I was about to walk away when he told me he was joking which was not funny and just plain irritating.
After I ordered he handed me a cinnamon cup of pretzel bites. I told him that I didn’t order cinnamon and instead ordered original and he acted as if I had unconvinced him. He then attempted to hand it to 1 of the other 5 customers that are also waiting for original pretzel nuggets.
After waiting 5 minutes to get what I actually ordered he handed me a cup with the outside of it COVERED in cinnamon. After wiping down the cup and washing my hands I finally got to eat the pretzel bites which were fine.

Food was great (as usual) but this was SUPER OVERPRICED! $30 for two pretzels and two lemonades, absolutely absurd!

i’m sorry what is this water cup size??
Kings Island auntie anne’s… step it up man. They weren’t even full sized pretzel bites… they were pretzel slivers. Half of the cup was filled with cinnamon sugar powder… not impressed with this location what’s so ever. Will never be returning. Definitely not worth 7.29…??♀️?❌… on top on this sh!t they don’t take cash… what has this world become?♀️
Love the cinnamon pretzel

Expensive and not really good. I remember the pretzels uses to be much bigger. They are very small now. Also was supposed to get some discount with a kings island gold pass. Amount was the same before they scanned it.
Love the cinnamon pretzel
For this being inside and in the grand opening of such a great park youd think it would be up to par. Waited for an hour with 14 people in front of me. Finally got up to the front of the line to find out im paying 6 bucks for half the size of a normal auntie anns pretzel and the pretzel were so hard it hurt my tooth to bite it. Im floored by the lack of good customer service. All around a terrible experience
Pretzel Bites and they where delicious......
