I had one of the best sandwiches ever last night. The sweet guys that were working were amazingly nice, and my steak sub with mushroom gravy was well worth the 40 minute drive to get here. Thanks so much for my yummy dinner. I will of course, be back.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve had in years. We ordered and waited an entire hour. From 6:30P to 7:30P. Watched other eat. Groups that came after us get food. Entire families eat and leave and still nothing. No food. I complained after an hour. The girl at counter said she just works upfront and doesn’t know what’s happening in kitchen. She came to our table minutes later and asked our order. I told her our entire order I’d placed over an hour prior. She left. Came back again and ask what our sides were. I asked point blank: did our order get forgotten? What happened? She said yes they lost the ticket. So we’d waited 75 min. for no reason. Waiting on food that never came. Now they’re making it supposedly and by the time we get it we’ll have been in here for two hours. Unacceptable. The manager needs to call me and offer us a full refund because this is absolutely awful customer service. Spending $50 to wait 90 min. for dinner

Stumbled upon this place after our original dinner plans had a outrageous wait time. So glad we made the decision to give Big Dogs Pizza a try. We were met with great hospitality and the menu was explained to us in great detail. Our family of 5 started with cheese bread and wings. TOP NOTCH!! Wings were good size and the cheesy bread is easily in the top 3 we've ever tried. Pizza was next, the pepperoni at this place are HUGE. Plenty of cheese and a nice crispy thin crust. If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely be stopping here to eat.

I have always bragged on how good there pizza was i came in yesterday ordered cheese bread and a xl sausage and pepperoni pizza there was a bunch of kids in there cooking and running the store I got my pizza and the center of pizza was great but the whole 2 1/2 in. of the outside of the pizza was no sauce no cheese no pepperoni or sausage was very disappointed with the pizza but to top it off the cooks made a pizza for there selfs and some friends of there's came in to eat with them and there pizza was made perfect when we couldn't eat the whole outside of the pizza it was all crust I would have said something yesterday but was in a hurry and there was only kids in there running the place I used to drive from middletown just to eat here and recommend it to everyone

We've been to Big Dog's a few times and it no longer seems to be as good as it once was. It's a nice casual pizza place, but I'm not sure I'll be going back anytime soon. I find it to be very expensive for what you get. We ordered the croutons, some wings, a sandwich, and the waffle fries. The sandwich was brought out first for some reason. Six to seven minutes later the croutons came out. And then another six to seven minutes later came the wings. And then finally a few minutes later, the fries. This is the second time I've had this oddly segmented food delivery and it makes no sense. No one can eat at the same time unless we'd prefer some of the food to be cold. I'm all for local eateries, but this one is dropping the ball for me.
