Biryani Pot Mason is our favorite evening spot. The prices are reasonable, and the food quality is excellent. If you visit, be sure to try their Arvind Special Biryani and Dhaba Mandi (sized for 2 people, 4 people, etc.—the 2-person platter is ample for 3 people 😁). Special shoutout to their appetizers, including cashew chicken, chicken 999, Madhurai chicken, and kebabs.

Bit upset with front desk she in a call for about 5-10 min nobody at hotel except us and we stood waiting near the front desk just to get the menu. Good food, but the silence was boring Adding some music could enhance the atmosphere. Visited on Jan 1st.

I recently dined here, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the dining area was chaotic and poorly maintained. Tables and chairs were haphazardly arranged, and water stains—at least I hope they were just water stains—marred the surfaces. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority here.
Unfortunately, it was too late to go elsewhere, so we had no choice but to endure. The tables lacked basic necessities like water. Food was served in takeout containers and dusty canteen trays, which was both unprofessional and unsanitary. To make matters worse, the main course arrived before the appetizers, and when we politely requested the naan to be taken back to avoid it getting cold, the server’s attitude was visibly unpleasant. Later, we discovered that one of our appetizers had been mistakenly served to another table, which only highlighted the staff’s lack of coordination.
The food itself was disastrous. The biryani, supposedly their specialty, was bland, stale, and inedible—we barely managed two bites. The naan was cold and clearly the same batch that had been returned earlier. Even the kebabs, the only redeemable dish, lacked the traditional chutney accompaniment. Overall, it was abundantly clear that freshness and quality were not priorities in their kitchen.
The service was equally abysmal, marked by confused and disorganized waitstaff who seemed more invested in maintaining a fake accent than providing competent service. While the owner later came out to apologize and appeared warm and apologetic, the damage had already been done. Poor service and substandard food are inexcusable.
I will never return to this restaurant and strongly advise others to steer clear. This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Ordered Veg Baryani full tray with Paneer. Very much disappointed with taste and quality. Veg Baryani was more like a Potato pulao (Uncooked big chuncks of so many Potatoes and taste was bland).. It was not a Brayani at all.
