Management doesn't have a clue. I ordered carryout, arrived at the correct time and was forced to wait 20 minutes. They completed 3 other carryout orders for other people that arrived after me. The 2 managers were rude to me and their staff barking orders and running around in ineffective circles accomplishing nothing instead of helping the situation. It's disgraceful and I will never go to that location again.

We had visited this location several times and have enjoyed our time even with them being low on staff. That being said, my husband and I went in tonight and stood at the hostess station for between 5-10 minutes without any acknowledgment whatsoever. I made eye contact with two servers and the girl who cashed a couple out and nothing. We ended up leaving to eat somewhere else. I get being understaffed, but that is no excuse to completely ignore people. I am very disappointed.

It took several minutes to be seated. Several servers smiled and said they'd be right with me. No one came back. Once seated, I was able to order and eat. Food was ok, this portion of service was also ok. When I went to check out there was a line at one register and no one at the counter. I stood in line to pay for over 5 minutes. Two customers in front of me. The take out girl kept smiling, but never assisted anyone in line. Another customer walked up to the other check out register. The take out girl stopped what she was doing and cashed out the customer. After checkout she looked at our line, smiled and walked away. At this point, I had to chase down an employee and ask to pay my bill so I can leave. This place was a mess. Several times during the meal I was regretting coming to this location. Better service needed.

Food was alright the waitress didn't get her name but was blonde with tattoos was just plain rude brought out the wrong item and told us well someone ordered it never checked to see if everything was alright my fish sandwich had nothing on it never asked if need refills fist time had issues when come here
Decent food. Decent prices. Really good service. IMHO, the deep-dish chicken and noodles is not nearly as good as it used to be. I will not order it again. The fried chicken breasts were small but had a good taste. The chocolate cake ala mode dessert was really good.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for service. It doesnt even deserve 1. Our waitress was extremely condescending and rude to us when taking our order and when refilling drinks. She spilled coffee all over our table and walked away. Never checked on us once. Barely spoke at all without being rude. I dont know how she makes a living as a waitress because she sure didnt get a tip from me. Didnt get her name or id say but it was the one with light colored hair and peircings.
