They will literally ignore you, I waited one time to pay for 15 minutes, I could have walked out this place without paying and they wouldn't even know, now I'm waiting to pick up and order because I couldn't possibly imagine eating in here again but now I'm being forced to wait even longer than it would take to get seated to get a pick up order. Make that make sense get new staff

Advanced Mechanics

Day before Christmas, staff was noticeably short. Yet they were very fast preparing my massive order, made 3 quarts of fresh gravy for me, and I was out the door with my food in under 15 mins. And it was all delicious!

We ordered chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich. Waited am hour for our meals. When they finally came out the tenders were very over done. $51 for an hours wait and something I could have gotten at wendys for a fraction of the price and better quality

This location definitely needs help. Extremely slow kitchen, cold food, under cooked food & a lot of forgotten items & yet the bill came with all those items on them. Server was not very pleasant & should have taken the missing items off the bill prior to giving it to us. If you are that busy I suggest turning off mobile orders in order to serve the people on site.

The food was very good. The breakfast was ample.
And was a great country style breakfast.I believe I had a corned beef tash bowl.And it was terrific and the service was better than I would have expected people were smiling and friendly and it was a family place

We had dinner at this location and it was laughable. Ordered 3 meals and a salad. Upon ordering found out that you were out of ranch for the salad, burger buns for the burger meal, and country fried steak. All 3 meals were affected. Later overheard the staff saying they were now out of salad. When we finally did find something to order that was available and received our food it didn't get better. The pot roast was gross and gelatinous, the carrots were soggy and tasted old. The hash browns were rock hard, and the BBQ sauce with the chicken tenders tasted like honey with some food coloring. Not a great experience to say the least. Total price for this carnival ride, $50. Used to love Bob Evans, but this was a train wreck. To put icing on the cake as we were leaving some of us used the restroom only to discover it was out of soap. Made us laugh, because why not.
