Food was great but service.. not so much. Felt like she was more worried about counting her tips than checking on her guests.

Bravo no longer serves free focaccia bread and dipping oil at the tables. If you want bread (which is now like a garlic bread/rolls basically) you have to pay for it (it's in the appetizer section of the menu) and it's not that great. Never heard of an Italian restaurant not serving free bread. Also the waiter, while very nice, wasn't very attentive. We had to wait a while for drink refills throughout our meal and he disappeared at the end of our meal when we were waiting for our to-go items we had ordered. Another waitress had to grab them for us. The food itself was good but they have raised their prices gradually over time and I'm not sure if it's worth it anymore. Really disappointed in no longer providing free bread and oil for the table though.

Wrong item brought. Replacement was brought after everyone was done. No manager. No comp. Waiter knew so get it but never came back to even refill drinks. Called after to speak to manager. Insincere apology. Knew it happened but didn't come over to apologize. No offer to make it right. I was polite and told her I would not be back after I told her that we had been coming there for years. Her response was I hope your week gets better. Worse experience I have had. I have only asked for manager two times in my life. I can see why what use to be a destination choice is now only a 1/3 full. Will not be back

The place was practically empty, so the ambiance was a bit stark. Just be aware Bravo no longer serves the table bread, you have to purchase it. Food was great as always though.

Prices have gone up, food portions have gotten smaller and now bread is not included :(. The server did a great job though.

Always a great experience at this location. We picked the bar happy hour this time & at 4:45 the bar was completely packed. I was so impressed with the service as the bartender handled every customer on his own and was amazing! He is a keeper!!! Very professional and attentive.

In my opinion, based upon having dined at Bravo Mason/Deerfield numerous times recently, I'd say that corporate decisions as of late have caused it to go down hill. Two specific examples: They no longer provide their delicious rosemary focaccia bread and infused dipping oil as part of the dining experience. And, not long ago, a really terrific manager, Miquel, was let go after having worked for Bravo for many years. He was the best. My understanding of the matter was that it concerned a promised vacation that had been planned by the manager and his family when, suddenly, corporate revoked that agreed upon vacation. Not good. I only had contact with Miquel at the restaurant. But when I did, he was great; he Keats recognized my wife and me; and the restaurant seemed to run more smoothly.

Bring back the complimentary bread and oil. It was one of the best and most enjoyable dishes at bravo.

I was bummed to learn that this location has done away with the complimentary table bread and oil service. We loved that bread. The restaurant was empty at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. Service was great, food was good.

The waitress was not attending to us like she should of been. It was shocking considering how very slow they were ! She didnt even put an order in and if we needed her we needed to wave her down, we ran out of water. She attended a table right across us a number of times and refused to check on us. It was unbelievable because we didnt do anything to her. Finally a manager came by after waving fir her few times as well and we told her about our order and she wrapped it up fast but by then the appetizer was late we were pretty much done and she apologized that the waitress forgot to put it in. I asked for it to be on the house, I also told her I asked the guy that delivered our meals for it too and manager said he don't speak English. I requested onions on my food when I asked the guy who don't speak English he completely leaned over my food! Ugh for an up scale place like that and the price of the food it was shocking how the service was done and we barely got any food on our plates for the price! I only had four little pieces of chicken, my 6 year old grandchild could of finished one of our plates and didnt come with anything like bread or small salad. I know we wont go back to that location the waitress tried to engage in conversation with us afterwards but we were upset to care. Yes we left her a tip even though she was rude.

Been going here for years. Sounds like there is a new CEO and no more complimentary bread you have to buy a very garlicky one and they discontinued a few popular drinks. The orzo salad I've always gotten had no dressing only a small balsamic glaze. Service was OUTSTANDING though!

Bravo has gotten rid of their Famous Bread! I'll never get my husband back here now! He said that was the best part about Bravo. Guess they wanted to sell you their new Bravo Bread which are soaked in garlic, and look like something from the frozen bread section at Kroger, and you have to pay for them. If you are going to make me pay for bread, that is fine, but please serve me GOOD BREAD, like you used to have. Not these aweful garlic knots. My Cesar Salad before the meal was about 1/2 the size that it always was. Definitely not worth $9. Food was very average, not anything special. We all agreed that there is not really any reason for our family to go back with all the other grat places in town to eat out. Bravo keeps getting more expensive. I get it, it's the times, but at the same time, the quality of their food and service has continued to decline.

The restaurant has always been a good place for a good meal today It was even better. We were served by Ashley and she did an amazing job. Cheerful, all smiles and was willing to even pack up my take home. For all the reasons too lengthy to put in this review, you are missing out if Ashley is not your server.
