Chicken Parmesan was not hot. Shrimp scampi had only 6 small shrimp. Service was just ok. The food runner did not know how to grate cheese. Had to have the waitress do it.

Our first date 5 years ago was at Bravo in Mason. This evening was a celebration of our first date. Destiny served us and made our time so special. She's the best. We are also so glad that they have brought the yummy bread and olive oil back!!

Was a birthday for granddaughter 8 and had 9 people including 1 age 99 and spouse 98. Our waiter was outstanding

Hello, The food/-check nu 30040/tonight was HORRIBLE- returned filet mignon twice and salmon once Salmon was not done after the second time - the Restaurant was empty !!! We asked Rebecca who was the manager and she pointed out to Jackie- who did not even address it.... We will take a break from Bravo/Deerfield but would like a refund back to my credit card for both dinners! Thank you! Elena

We love Bravo for their food but we love it even more when CJ Ekoh waits on us. When CJ walks up to our table, it's like a bright light comes on. His friendly personality and charisma make the evening even more enjoyable. I had the flatbread and my husband had pizza. Last week, we tried their new bread and it's to die for. So good. Great evening and even better service.

Service was horrible. They now charge for bread, but it came just before the meal, so we did not get to enjoy it. Server never checked back until we were done, we needed things and had to get others to help. Server was late bring the bread. The bread was good, but very little for a lot of money for 4 slices. We have not been in a while, and we not be back for a while. Under the original owners in Columbus we were big fans. Now 4 owners later food it over priced and quality under delivered. The location was fairly empty, Firebirds and Rusty Buckets were busy. That says they are failing to impress their customers.

Food and service were great. VERY disappointed they don't have their home made Italian bread anymore. :(

2 servers in our face too much. That was weird. Too many questions. Food was just ok. Different than in past. No bread was a disappointment. Had to buy buns We didn't. Don't think we will be coming back.

The ease of making a reservation was awesome! The food to me was not the best. I ordered chicken Parmesan. And it was a big portion which was great but it just was not satisfying. We waited on our drinks for a while and even refills on water. The server had said he was new so I can understand.

The food was excellent and came out in a timely manner. We had a party of 25, and we were celebrating a birthday. The servers were very attentive and professional. Would highly recommend!!!

We have always loved Bravos to get together with friends, however they decided to get rid of tomato bisque soup which we loved and now they got rid of their bread they served with meals. Paid $4.50 for a bread appetizer which was just ok.. we probably won't go back as the prices have increased also. The service was good and the food was good as well.. so sad to see the restaurant was not very busy on a Saturday night at 6:30.

I want to give less stars, why, corporate america is ruining this company. No more bread and salad! The entrees are $28 and small portions. They used to have at least free bread! That said the service and GM were very nice and the food we got was wonderful! But we left hungry, why? I don't know any Italian restaurant to not give bread and olive oil and a small salad then main course for $28! We won't be going back, but again Erin and the GM where amazing.

Not a fan of the chicken Parmesan. And the no longer provide bread. You order rolls that come sitting in oily butter and herbs. We did not enjoy it at all. Our server was very nice and the ambiance was nice.

Food was great but service.. not so much. Felt like she was more worried about counting her tips than checking on her guests.

Bravo no longer serves free focaccia bread and dipping oil at the tables. If you want bread (which is now like a garlic bread/rolls basically) you have to pay for it (it's in the appetizer section of the menu) and it's not that great. Never heard of an Italian restaurant not serving free bread. Also the waiter, while very nice, wasn't very attentive. We had to wait a while for drink refills throughout our meal and he disappeared at the end of our meal when we were waiting for our to-go items we had ordered. Another waitress had to grab them for us. The food itself was good but they have raised their prices gradually over time and I'm not sure if it's worth it anymore. Really disappointed in no longer providing free bread and oil for the table though.
