We were drawn to Brixx because of the Wood Fired Pizza tag in the name. This location has plenty of atmosphere. We stopped for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There was a bit of a crowd, but we were noticed by one harried server. We were seated and it was a few minutes longer than a usual wait for our server finally arrived with a dozen apologies about us having to wait.We ordered the Bronx Bomber pizza. The pizza was amazing, but the service is what really stood out. Our server, Mia, was so excited that my wife and I were there for the first time. Her enthusiasm was genuine each time she came to our table to ask how our food was. The young man up front that seated us, he was also very happy we were there and shared his favorite pizza (spicy honey sausage). The pizza is fantastic! Really interesting menu. I had the chicken rosemary mushroom pizza. It was extremely flavorful. The Pineapple upside down cake cocktail was really delicious.
