I have had multiple orders cancelled after waiting for hours but it’s probably for the best because the few I have actually received have been terrible with missing items or wings without sauce, etc.

Got 15 wings, they were so overcooked they would chip your teeth. I guess they were running low on flats that day I got 14 dummies and 1 flat. Didn’t matter I could not eat any of them, ordered a side of tater tots with cheese and all they did was throw tater tots in a container and dump cheese on them and microwave it because all the cheese was burnt to the bottom of the container and I could not get the tater tots off the container. I literally spent 30+ dollars for a dinner I could not eat at all. I’ve had bad food but I e never been served food that was completely inedible. Pretty sad when you actually do wings and can’t properly execute wings. STAY AWAY!!

Absolutely horrible. Set there for 20 freaking minutes and my waitress never took my appetizer order or food order. 8 other ppl got served before me and they came in after me. My waitress said " I'm sorry it's my first day" mind you she was over at another table before that laughing and talking to people who were eating instead of doing her job.

I do not recommend ordering carry out from this store. Different issues the past two times. No concern from the manager. Hard pass.

We had such a bad experience here on Sunday, October 27, 2024 I will never voluntarily enter a Buffalo Wild Wings ever again anywhere in the world. We waited over an hour for our food to be served after ordering and when it finally arrived all of it was cold except one order of kids tenders. Our daughter’s Mac and cheese was rock solid. When I pulled the spoon out the entire contents of the bowl came out with it like a concrete block. The manager on staff and server were kind, trying their hardest and comped our meals, but we spent over two hours sitting there and left hungry.
