Food was pretty good, service was decent he barely came over to our table and I’m sure he said 3 inappropriate bad words, and in general he lowkey piss me off, the restaurant smells like cigarette smoke cause they leave the door open, man over at the bar is holding a vape, and the worker clearly doesn’t care. In general it feels like they don’t care about the costumers at all. But it was near closing time so I didn’t expect much

Terrible experience. 45 TVs. I asked for them to be switch ONE tv to the Clemson game. They said people were there “before me” so they couldn’t switch the TVs. We had been there for over an hour. So that wasn’t even true. Meanwhile 10 Minutes later they switched a tv to the Miami game. Obviously someone asked “after” me. Very frustrating I ended up watching the game on my phone. Such a disappointing experience.

Wanted to place a takeout order. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take my order and 30 minutes for my wings. When I got home, there were no drums on wing section.
Visited again 10/10. Ordered my takeout order four hours in advance. Upon arriving, they said my order wasn't ready. I waited another 30 minutes. When I finally got my wing order with a salad that looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, it was wrong. Wrong sauce, no salad dressing, no celery and blue cheese, and loads of mayo on my plain chicken sandwich. The manager said I shouldn't expect my order I placed 4.5 hours ago to be ready and he would scrape off the mayo from my sandwich, if it would help. They ALWAYS mess up your order, are unapologetic, and based upon the comments by Will, the manager, uncaring. Spend your money somewhere else where they appreciate your business and don't treat you like an inconvenience to their day.
Update 10/16: After my last comment, they offered me 2,000 pts, which isn't even enough for 10 wings. I guess corporate doesn't care either
Update 11/29: Ordered via app one hour before pickup.

Let me start with the good: the staff here are absolute pros. Super friendly, fast, and on point — no complaints there. Food? Delicious. Drinks? Ice cold. Atmosphere? Great for watching a game.
But then… the fries arrived. And by “fries,” I mean a handful of potato confetti. I’m not exaggerating — it looked like someone sneezed a few fries onto my plate and said, “That’ll do.” I counted them. 17. Seventeen lonely fries trying their best to look like a full side spread across the plate to cover empty spaces.
I’ve had samples at Costco that were more generous. If these fries were any smaller, they’d qualify as seasoning. I actually laughed when they hit the table — I thought it was a prank. I ordered an extra order.. And received 17 more confetti pieces.
BWW, I love you, but please… stop rationing fries like it’s 1943. I came here to eat, not to play “spot the potato.”
Fantastic service, great food and service overall — but the fry portion is a comedy sketch at this point. A very unfortunate comedy sketch. Shall we call it a tragedy?

Super upsetting I order online and sat waiting for my food forever was told 3 more min a couple times and then they put my food in the warmer and didn’t even get it to me didn’t say shit I had to ask 5 min later for once someone came out to give me my order! The food was cold even as I open it up to take a bite on the ride home super disappointed and the chicken was cooked so crunchy there was no chicken in the wrap just crunchy in ever bite
I hope they don't share tips. We are sitting im the bar area at a table. 2 severs covering this area with almost every hight top full. There are 6 servers in the dinning room, to cover 6 tables.
The server is very nice and apologized for the wait we had in taking our order.

I'm not sure why I ever continue to go here because I always get horrible service. We waited an hour after ordering our food just for it to come out cold. Not to mention we always had an empty cup. The server blamed it on the kitchen but for our food to come out cold then I know it's on the server. If she would've been honest, my experience here would've been better. Do better.

I always have problems with my food when I came here the last 2 times! They overcooked my tater tots , only to be remade the same way! Overcooked. Old grease or something idk. I want to order from here but I my food is just never right ! I never have issues at the rookwood location which is where I’m normally a happy customer !
