I came here from out of town my hotel was right nearby I got seated right away. However I sat there for literally 15 minutes and not one person checked on me wait staff was walking all over the place and it wasn't that crowded so I just left horrible. I work in the food service industry this is not good.

Good wings and tenders! One of the best as far as flavor choices and customized heat levels of flavors. Must try the Chipotle blueberry bbq sauce. Ended up eating here 2 nights in a row. 1 night takeout the next dine in.

I’ve visited this location almost weekly since 2020 using curbside valet. I order on the app — which is honestly a great app to order on— and drive up to get it. In the last year the restaurant hasn’t staffed a curbside runner “valet” on tuesdays. This is fine, as they finally got a sign to tell you valet off duty. But I ordered on Wednesday 2 weeks in a row and to my surprise there were TWO valets on duty. One night none of the valets were at their stand and when I went inside after waiting they were goofing off with the 2 hosts on duty. The second visit I sat in the designated valet spot and the valets stared at me out their door for 10 min. Eventually 2 other employees also looked out the window and walked away. When I went inside to ask the employee said “you come inside for valet.” Which is not only a change from the previous 4 years of ordering I’ve had, but also not exactly the definition of valet service? But I digress. I love W&R food, I love that they have grilled boneless wings. I think they have the best blue cheese in my area. But honestly, Buffalo Wild Wings has never been rude or confusing about how pickup works. I’m taking a long break from this restaurant most likely.

Very good food but this place is just so unbelievably sterile and boring. Very limited beer selection and the TVs were all tuned to nothing in particular. This is one of my pet peeves about sports bars in general - you literally call yourselves a “sports” bar but can’t be bothered to actually turn the TVs to a live event? There’s always a live baseball game on, and the US National Team was playing IN CINCINNATI Tuesday night and no one could be bothered to even tune to that match. Not even a Touchtunes jukebox or hot bartender to help pass the time. Very soulless experience overall.

This review is just for this location. The Wings and Rings in Milford is always fantastic. Our experience at this Kings Mill location was subpar. Wings were very clearly not fresh. Server never came to check on us, so we went ahead and ate them. We told him when he brought the bill and he said they sometimes make big batches of wings before dinner service and use them throughout the night. If it’s slow, they may have been sitting for a while. That night was slow and we could see and hear that people were screwing around in the kitchen. The wings were so old and overcooked that they had a rubbery texture. We didn’t finish them or take any home.

I was excited to get wings for national wing day, at a discount at that! What a win right? I ordered a 10 piece with both dry rubs (lemon pepper and Cajun) and a 5 piece with a mild garlic parm sauce. I received everything promptly via pickup. I got kids meals too but that’s not what this review is about… I ate some of the wings last night and didn’t think anything of it, putting them in a tupper to bring to work the next day. At work, I eat a couple and get to a garlic parm wing, flats, my fave - but I see a fly! I was like man, he must’ve snuck in somehow? Rude, but I recover thinking my bad and put it to the side. But now I’m checking the wings, eat two more of the dry rub, no problem, then picked up another garlic parm - another fly! One is a coincidence, two not so much. I don’t have flies in my house to begin with unless an oddball finds its way in and this time this poor little dude is fried into the wing, no way could he have gotten there just by landing on my food at home. How many flies did I eat yesterday?! ? Having worked at a wing place through college I know that some mismanaged places keep their sauce bowls uncovered, especially during a dinner rush or order spike. That being said - please do better ?.
