“I ordered pickup. Not too bad for a restaurant inside a restaurant.Absolutely overpriced, but compared to the sh** other places serve these days it was ?4 stars instead of 5 because the guy consolidating my order didn't know where anything was and stuck his bare hands all over my fries container, lid, and stuck the cheese sauce cup I don't know where came from inside on top of the fries.We Don know where those hands been sonAlso lost cool points when the roasted peppers did not include green peppers. Fries were okay. I was expecting to be disappointed the second I realized that this place didn't even have its own building.“

“At the time of this post they had a deal going on- chicken cheesesteak and fries for $7.49.
I upgraded the fries to the ultimate fries (which includes cheese, bacon bits and ranch).

Not going to lie, with the white flakes of snow falling down outside the fresh fries hit just right. Sandwich was delicious, I’m not being biased because I love chicken (I’m definitely not hyping this up because it’s chicken). It makes sense why Simon Malls chose this restaurant to serve the food court besides the other chosen restaurants there.
I look forward to eating here again!“

“This was my first time at this Penn Station location, and as always, I’ve loved their subs—this location didn’t disappoint! I got the monthly special, the Reuben, along with fries and a drink. I chose the lemonade, though I think the special is supposed to be for fountain drinks only, but I appreciated the free upgrade! :-)

The service was great; the employees were friendly, had happy expressions, and were willing to help when needed. I visited on a Thursday early afternoon and was impressed with the service I received. The location is very convenient, close to dealerships, so I stopped by after my car maintenance.

“I had to come back, and it was just as good. I decided to come back to Charlie’s after a great first visit, and honestly, it was just as good this time. The food was still super fresh and tasty, and the service was quick and friendly again.
