Service is very kind. But there is something about this specific store. I am not one to complain nearly ever. But we -never- receive everything we order. Most commonly missed are things like straws, sauces, and silverware. And it makes it really difficult to justify the prices when we cannot eat an order.

The food was good. The staff was very nice (I even saw them give out little cow toys to the kids). The food was pretty good. Nothing really stood out about this one, now don't get me wrong, it was very good, it's just that this one wasn't any different compared to the other 3,236 Chick-fil-A's on the planet.

I am shocked, as I came to this branch today and we ordered two grilled chicken meals and when I started eating I found plastic wrap inside the chicken and I have pictures of that, and when we informed the cashier he just replaced the sandwich without any apology or anything else, so I will not come back to this branch because today I felt that you do not care about the customer

We placed our order at 10:20 for drive through, got in line and it was moving so slow it was 10:32 before we got to the order speaker. We were told there was no more breakfast, our order would need to be cancelled, and did we want to order lunch.
10:32 am, and we were in line before the cut off. Well done chic fil a, you pulled a McDonald's.
