Spicy chicken and regular coke were not available, i asked for a sprite and i discovered it was regular just sparkling water, need the juice too fellas!!! they refuse to give me a seasonal pass refill telling me to go back in line when was just a matter of seconds. think i have to stick with my water. thank you chick fillet management! this doesn’t happen at Mc Donald’s

They refused to give me and my son a cup of ice even though I have a season pass cup because it was 8pm on the dot but served a white man after us. The white male graciously took our cup and got us some ice without the worker noticing. I'm disgusted at the treatment my child and I have received as season pass holders.

Hours show they are open the entire time of the park like all other restaurants at King's Island. However, if you are not in line prior to 30 minutes before closing time, they will have an employee stand at the end of the line and tell you they most finish before 10pm. All other restaurants in the park stay open till closing with the lines, for some reason, they think they are special.

Like all Chick-fil-A restaurants, the food and service is always very good and consistent. Not sure what's going on with this location but there has been an ongoing water leak at this store for what seems like a year. Is it an ice machine leaking? Plumbing? There is literally a pool of water in front of and next to the ordering countering with associates constantly using a squeegee moving the water around. My son and I went in last week and didn't see the water...he slipped and fell and hit the hard ceramic tile floor. Luckily he's still young and bounced right back up but I was pretty upset we couldn't see the standing water on the floor. If an older person falls and gets hurt, this store may actually have to do something to address this issue. It's pretty unacceptable the water on the floor has been going on for so long.

Been going to this store for several years and the food has been good and consistent. However the last few times noticed the chicken on sandwich gradually getting smaller. This time a quarter of the chicken is missing. Tried calling the store to let them know but nobody picked up. Will be checking the sandwich before leaving store next time.

The line to order isn't long and moves quickly. There's 3 cashiers and I'm not sure if they're all like this but the girl who took care of me rushed me through the order and walked away halfway through verifying my order. I understand how busy it is on opening day but it's ridiculous how long you wait to receive your food. I've never had this type of service in any other location.

This is the best cfa ever! Workers are so fun and good looking. Everyone works so hard. Service was excellent!
We waited in line 50 minutes for our food. If we hadn’t been in a corral in the drive through we would have left. They lost our order and quickly shoved it out the window. Sandwiches were small and burned. Frosted coffees were half full and we were given no straws. Worst experience ever at a chick-fila. No one inside was moving quickly though cars were lined up into the street. Unbelievable.

Omg chicken minis and hash towns are to die for uhhhh makes me hungry just thinking about it i want it right now but they only serve at breakfast ? so if you serve during normal hours then I'll give 5 stars
