I told a couple about this restaurant and we met there. They liked the food and atmosphere. When we finished eating, an employee cleared our table. A couple minutes later, another employee asked if we had eaten. We told her we had. (We were finishing up our conversation when she arrived.) She said if we had finished would we please move to a table on the back hall so someone else could have our table. I was shocked and embarrassed in front of the couple I had recommended this place to. We weren't going to stay all day, just wanted to finish the conversation. We put our coats on and left. This is horrible customer service and I will not recommend it again!

Food was good but order was wrong. We were the ONLY ones in line inside so besides the drive thru which should be a different worker no reason order was wrong.

We placed an order inside the Mason location on 11/29/23. We did not receive 3 cookies that we ordered and paid for. (receipt indicates we paid for them) I called and left a voice mail regarding the missing items. I received a return call from a female who was not the friendliest person. She told me to be sure to hold on to my receipt in order to receive the cookies. In other words, I'd have to come back and show my receipt in order to receive my missing items. I completely understand that we are all human and make mistakes. However, I was already inconvenienced by the missing items and the fact that I paid for them. Now I have to make a stop in and make sure I hold on to my receipt............ I asked if they could just refund the money back to my credit card and she rudely told me no...... it is unacceptable. It will cost me my time and making sure I do not lose my receipt for their mistake.

The food is good and consistent, but it is honestly overpriced for what you're getting. One scoop of chicken salad and some crackers is not worth nearly $10. If you're looking for somewhere a little healthier to drive thru and don't mind the extra buck, I do recommend it.
