Chipotle Mexican Grill

Being a previous employee I know the portion of 4oz standard. I get double meat every bowl, never complain even if it is slightly short. But the person who made the bowl did had 2 small portions. I asked if he could give me a couple more pieces, and went to say it would be triple meat cost. I felt both scoops were almost half standard portions, and even paying double meat cost I felt was unnecessary to decline a 2-4 extra pieces. I’m a daily chipotle goer and disappointed on the overall service from this manager!

I went at 6:13:Saturday night and they were out of brown rice and honey chicken. I asked if they were making more and the girl behind the counter didn't really know. The cheese was very sparce also

Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. This location has always not been the best but this is an all time low I will never go back and ypu should not either

First walking in, the music was so loud we couldn’t talk amongst ourselves without yelling, the portions were uneven, you pay almost $10 for your meal and the bowl isn’t even full and the employees respond to you with attitude.

Food always Good people friendly but porción of serving is soooo bad when they have new people is so bad you get less a spoon of whatever you ask I like this place a lot is not the people or the food quality is just the serving portion that since a few months ago is so disappointing

i know the staff is vert very friendly and i appreciate that BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE imma need yall to pls start putting the mobile orders in the freaking shelves 😭🙏💔 yall are the closest chipotle i got so everytime i try to come pickup an order at the exact pick up time given, tell me why i have to stand like this 🧍‍♀️infront of the shelves for a whole 10 minutes even though the app says my order is ready. JUST FOR IT TO BE READY IN THE STAFF SPACE ALL ALONG 😭 💔🥀🪦 im just trying grab my stuff and go man 😔🌧️

Every time I give this location another chance... always the same. Just so you know we are of.... fill in the blank.

Food is just ok, but I am always concerned about the cleanliness. The serving area can be very messy at times. Training will help the servers to respect the food and help them dish up food. Guacamole is often brown.

I ordered two bowels, large chips and guacamole. The chips were burnt and the guacamole was brown. The rice in the bowels was not fully cooked as we kept biting into hard pieces. The quality at this location has really gone downhill as my past couple of orders have been bad, but this one was the worst. I'm going to start going to a different location in the area. I reached out to customer service for a refund and kept getting the run around. I was told my complaint was being passed into the store, but the store never followed up. I reached back out and after a week and a half and customer service said they could not refund me. The best they could do was offer a BOGO coupon.

Had to wait over 30 minutes while waiting in line only to be told it’s an hour wait for steak. What’s worse is that instead of having multiple workers work the line they only had one.

Uneven portions between my wife's and my bowl. Dirty pans stacked everywhere . I ordered first and got all the remnants from the pans and told they were out of certain items. When my wife ordered, they brought out fresh and new items I was told they were out of. We ate in, with no one in the dining room, every table was dirty! This is not chipotle standard!

This chipotle is incompetent. Always missing stuff from order, order is not ready at estimated time, employees seem to not care. Won't be back to this location.
