Chipotle Mexican Grill

First, the app never updated when my order was done and this was my first time using it. So I sat in the restaurant waiting until noon when it said it would be done. I went up and it had been done for God knows how long. Only for me to open it up and stuff be literally everywhere and zero chicken in the one of the three tacos. It was all corn salsa. The sour cream had the consistency of water. Disgusting!

So I ignored that and kept eating until I found a hair!! I am absolutely disgusted. 🤢 I just paid nine dollars for this and can’t even eat it and already ate the taco with no chicken in it! Once I found the hair, I was gagging. This is absolutely disgusting.

Our local chipotle is bad enough, so I come here thinking it would be better and it’s not. I was so excited to try Sam’s meal off the protein menu and I honestly think I will never step foot in a chipotle again. So so gross.

I got a Qdoba bowl also from Mason Montgomery Rd location, the bowl is unexpectedly full ,I posted pic to compare the one I ordered from chipotle also MM location . I headed to this location to order to- go for the boy who likes chipotle better , but the portion from this location is unexpected less, only half of the bowl , because I ordered for my 16years old, 6 feet boy who is in his growing age. I went back and asked for more portion because of my boy and explained to the guy , the guy who prepared for the pick up is not very happy with that , gave me a little cup of rice , and I mentioned the cheese is very less, and he gave me a little cup of cheese , the pic is after he filled up with rice and extra cheese ,he’s impatient after gave me the two cups,and then he left. I already mentioned the portion is not enough for my teenage boy, why didn’t he just fill up my bowl , I didn’t know what’s he doing . I checked the review in this location, actually quite a certain amount of people mentioned the portion and the service , not surprised, it’s my first time to the store , and I will never go back again , the store in kings mill near kings island is much much much better , portion and the service !!!

I’ve been to this Chipotle location dozens of times over the years. I almost always have a great experience. Food is consistently good. They play good music. This location can get decently busy around lunch time

While the young man was making my order,he picked up the left over rice from the area they assemble the food, and threw the rice back in the serving container. Yukk.

About 45 min before closing, there were limited selections of proteins. Eh. Not the cleanest - maybe they just had a big rush? But it was Monday night. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Food was good . Employees unapologetically slow & poor custom service. Felt like I was inconveniencing them . Line very backed up due to poor customer service and sense of urgency

every time i eat at this location my bowl is nothing but rice

Rice was hard, portions were tiny, and overall it felt like I was eating old food. We had a burrito bowl and a burrito. Both were not edible. People were not mean.

Cleaner front floor than the chipotle right up the road but the staff don't seem to understand the purpose of prep gloves. I watched one server wipe his gloved hands on his apron, then start making a bowl while the other knocked the numbered IDs into the queso and just pull them out and serve. All of this made me grateful for the most measly portions I've ever been given. I asked the register staff if I was paying half price because there was no meat, no sour cream, and a half spoon of brown rice.
5:30PM on a friday: no meat prepped, rice was empty, the table ingredients were not restocked, and the server didn't wait for more: he just scraped the bin and gave my kids and I two half filled bowls for $12.50 each.
What a waste of money.
I'm done with Chipotle.

Love Chipotle's chicken burritos! It's just a true travesty that they discontinued the orange pineapple banana drink last year....I'm still not over it 😥

Food tasted as it should. The dining room was clean as well as the restroom. Good customer service overall.

Just went in to pick lunch up for a coworker, music was a bit loud. Felt like a night club inside, however I am impressed that drum and bass was playing so kudos for someone at corporate having good taste in music.
