Every Friday night they close early, it’s happened as early as 10:30. Not an extra sign on the door stating they are closing early for some reason any of the three times this has happened.

I never post bad reviews, I try to be as accommodating and understanding to fast food staff as possible. But when you are out of chicken AND steak, offer no discount for setting for barbacoa and when asking for more cheese after getting basically none, you are met with an extremely rude worker telling you to pay extra for shredded cheese. Like I get it, it's not your fault you're out of stuff, but don't take it out on customers. Never again

There's like 6 to 10 employees working right now and that's the most I've ever seen it. Any restaurant here lately. For only one person to be actually working, it's kind of mean and I feel for the one gentleman that was working. He was making food for everybody and bringing them up because everybody was too busy conversating in the dirty store. The proportions were small. Store was dirty. The equipment was being cleaned over. Open food took forever to get the food. That's crazy. Pay top dollar and still can't get the right food. There's cheese on something. There should be no cheese so I can't even eat my bowl cuz I'm allergic. That's why I don't order cheese.

I order online a bowl with everything on it and they only send me rice and meat, the same thing with the quesadilla rice and nothing else, chips and guacamole the chips came but no guacamole!

Employees will act like you’re dumb for asking about your drink on a mobile order when they put the cup inside of a sealed bag. If I’m taking my order to go why would I rip the bag open to search for a cup? lol what find it when I’m at home? Also… they don’t know how to correctly make the food you order. I order the same quesadilla for over a year and never once have had fajita peppers on the side. They go inside the quesadilla. Morons, truly

i ordered 3 chicken tacos online, and when i brought it back to work, one of the tacos had ZERO chicken in it, and another had like 2 pieces of chicken and a bean. i hope these underpaid line workers get replaced with AI robots

This particular Chipotle does not give you a full bowl or meal when ordering from doordash. My sons build your own was half way filled and my steak bowl had 8 small piece of steak missing corn and a few pieces of tomato. Get it together!
