Had a bad day at work and the friendly attitude of the people at this Chipotle put a smile on my face. I get the same thing every time, a very basic order of a double wrapped veggie burrito with only brown rice, pinto beans, and shredded cheese. Every time I come here it's never over priced and they always fill my burrito quite well. $8.60 is perfect for a burrito of the size I got. Clean and friendly, I highly recommend.

Edit: Alaina, a night manager has no business in customer service. She personally built two bowls incorrectly twice and then got mad at me because she had to make him a third time and I had asked for a refund after driving all the way home and it was still wrong.
Consistently out of basic ingredients like rice. Online orders are always 30 minutes or more delayed. Order somewhere else.

NOT WORTH IT! We ordered pick up but stayed to eat there (little kids from GWL) and I found my bowl missing fajita veg and sadly small portioned. I went up and said it was missing the fajita which I saw right there at the counter, so she offered to remake it... only to take it to the back and remake it AGAIN without fajita veggies!
The server making the food was slapping half full scoops of food into the bowl. He was moving faster than I could speak. The double scoops came out to about a single scoop as he haphazardly slopped the food down. I ordered double meat and at best got a regular serving. They were clearly operating with speed, which I respect, but there was nobody else in line.
- No customer service skills - Charged for double, received single. - Not paying attention to what theyre doing. - Rushing for rushing’s sake.
I was excited to be staying so close to a Chipotle for the next few months, but no longer.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this location is constantly messing up my order. I’ll have items missing, politely ask them about items I’ve paid for- and I get shut down and sent away. I make my orders in the app and hardly ever do they get it right. I do not recommend this location. Mason-Montgomery Rd is much better and the people are kind.

I had order food on DoorDash a veggie burrito but there was a 2 piece of chicken in my order and I had to throw it away because I am vegan and didn’t eat it because it touched other part of my burrito and I knew it because it had to bite in to to with my teeth hardly than other item like my original veggie bowl. I would honestly like my money back which I know I won’t get back
