I don’t normally leave reviews but this location is constantly messing up my order. I’ll have items missing, politely ask them about items I’ve paid for- and I get shut down and sent away. I make my orders in the app and hardly ever do they get it right. I do not recommend this location. Mason-Montgomery Rd is much better and the people are kind.

I had order food on DoorDash a veggie burrito but there was a 2 piece of chicken in my order and I had to throw it away because I am vegan and didn’t eat it because it touched other part of my burrito and I knew it because it had to bite in to to with my teeth hardly than other item like my original veggie bowl. I would honestly like my money back which I know I won’t get back

The place was dirty at 9:30 they were putting chairs on top of tables making it limited seating. Also the food preparation was FILTHY. Most importantly there was barely any food, the Carnitas was mostly fat, no queso, no fajitas vegetables, no guacamole, no mild sauce or hot sauce. A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I’m finished with Chipotle I don’t understand how they don’t continue to prep food throughout the day so you don’t run out by the evening time!!!

Stopped in here around 3:30 on Monday or burrito bowl with pork and chicken. Everything taste good and the service was great, but I got home and ended up up checking up the food and threw the rest away. I’m not sure if the pork wasn’t fully cooked, but I think I’m gonna stay away from chipotle for a while bibi bop is much better.

Consistently makes pick up orders incorrectly. They never answer their phone. Customer service is also pointless. They don't want to refund you when they only made one meal correctly out of 5. My son couldn't even eat his because they added sour cream it. Don't waste your money at this chipotle

I have ordered takeout from this Chipotle location multiple times, and almost every time something has been wrong with my order. The portions were ridiculously small, and the ingredients were often incorrect or missing. I ordered hard-shell tacos, but what I received were smashed soft tacos with missing ingredients. The fajita veggies I got looked terrible. Additionally, the store was filthy, and it seemed like no one cared about the hygiene of this location.

Absolutely terrible experience at the Chipotle in Kings Mill. First of all, the whole place was filthy and completely unhygienic; it didn’t even look like they cleaned the tables or the counters all day. Then they completely messed up my pickup order.
I ordered a bowl with half chicken and half carnitas and there was no chicken at all, barely any carnitas, and the portion was shockingly small. On top of that, I ordered hard shell tacos and they gave me soft ones instead. To make it worse, the tacos were pathetic: just a few tiny pieces of meat and a bit of corn, wrapped in aluminum foil with nothing else in them; no toppings, no effort, nothing.
This was by far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Between the dirty restaurant, skimpy portions, messed-up order, and poor quality food, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Very disappointing. I wish I could give no stars at all.
My daughter wanted a bowl of white rice cheese and sour cream. They ran out of rice and cheese . Those are basic things and it's ridiculous.

After waiting a long line, they had no cheese. What Mexican style restaurant has no cheese? That would be like McDonald’s saying they are out of pink slime, I mean meat. And then I couldn’t get my 2 girls cheese quesadillas. It was all we could do to sustain their minimal bodily functions until we got to the next place. First world problems, I guess, but it wasn’t like I had a fatted calf in the back pasture I could just go whip up for an easy meal.
