First off had no fajitas asked if they had any that they could prepare. He told me we’re not cooking anymore for the rest of the night. Other lines men could not understand what I wanted on my bowl and burrito had to remake a couple times. Then a what appeared to be a manager comes behind the line and says “be careful with portions y’all. We don’t want to cook more food today”

Not the best Chipotle I’ve been to. One bowl had way too little steak. Trash overflowing. Didn’t replenish the food, etc. In defense it was very busy. Parking lot gets pretty crowded.

They are Under New Management. They had lots of help all of the stations were manned and clean and they have plenty of food prep. I talked to the new manager and he says they're going to keep it that way.

Well I told myself about a year ago, roughly that I would never go back to this Chipotle/Kings Mills….dirty, bad staff, bad attitudes, bathrooms were disgusting. Well, on my way home from Columbus, I was really craving some Chipotle…and despite my hesitations, I decided to try this location again. Well, wasn’t I surprised! A 360 degree change! The restaurant was clean and the staff was pleasant. Food was darn good too. Whatever you guys did, you need to duplicate it at your Polaris location. Great job! I’ll be back soon.

Do not recommend this location. Our order was missing a second side of rice that was supposed to come with the quesadilla, the quesadilla was never toasted so the cheese on the inside was ice cold, was never melted and was still in shredded form. My burrito was half the size of the normal when I order in person. Our sides of queso were not filled up all the way like they normally are and I was missing an entire bag of chips from the order. May never return to this location. 0/5 stars.
I found my scrap of chicken during my last bite of the burrito. Nice. Looks like chipotle is still screwing us all on portions for proteins. ‘Merica.

Had a pick up order and the first time they made it a bowl instead of a burrito and then when I went back and got my burrito, they put lettuce instead of extra cheese??? There was no cheese in the burrito but tons of lettuce? And I checked my app and no where on my order did I ask for lettuce???
