Always say i love these kind of Amusment parks better than Disney or places like Universal. Clean and well kept grounds. Fun rides and fantastic waterpark. Totally recommend. FUN!

Went to KI today. Get in and this is good. Get into park walk to get drink wristbands and that’s where it all started. The smell around Eiffel Tower horrible!!!! The. Waiting in line for drinks all day was at least 10-30 min with an unlimited pass. The restaurants and drink stations did not have enough staff. No problems with staff on rides. But the food and drink places. Were very lacking!!! We really appreciated the gentleman working the Viking Fury this evening helped us relive our teenage years with the response to our cheers! But the end of nigh La Rosa staff working hard and doing good job. Go next door my sons in line why we wait for a whole pizza and he still in line at Cinnabon. One staff member at register. 4 in back not helping the long line of people. We were in line for 20 min after we switched places with him and let him eat. We left without one of our normal rituals of getting a Cinnabon because the service was so bad. Watched 2 females one said supervisor on shirt come out and look around but did not offer to help the guy. It saddens me how lacking the service was today. This was a Family get together before my daughter goes to college and with all the waiting for food and DRINKs we didn’t even get to ride but 1/2 of the rides. And for my daughters friend it was his first trip there.

The teenagers working the booth were completely incompetent. Very poor representation of an otherwise exceptional brand and product. Please purchase elsewhere.
