No one ever answers the drive-thru... Three times I've been waiting through the drive-thru and I can see the person just sitting there on their phone or laptop.... Ignoring The drive-thru button? Really disappointed at such bad service. Considering it's such a small coffee shop you would think they would pay attention. It's not like the inside is busy either

Made a trip to Cocoon specifically because they have a drive thru. Pulled up and there’s a sign that it’s closed and a woman opens the window to apologize and explain. In the time she took talking to me, she could’ve just taken my order. I had my baby in the back and not enough hands to get in and out with my order so they lost a customer. I won’t plan on coming back since there’s no way to know if the drive thru will be open or not.

The coffee here is overpriced and just okay compared to other coffee shops. The only reason I come here is for the drive through however the last two times I’ve tried to come the drive through is closed. I was told it was to “focus on the customers inside” yet there were no other customers in the building. I doubt I’ll be back unless the drive through issue is fixed. I’m willing to pay $9 for a convenient coffee but not when service is so lacking.

I tried a paleo donut and their matcha, it was amazing. Not only my drink, but the food, and the vibe was extremely comforting🍩 😋

I ordered a flat white. Not a common order. It was fantastic!
Very nice little coffee shop. Excellent coffee selection. Has nice baked goods. Also has tables where you can work.

It’s a expensive coffee shop, the atmosphere is very very pretentious, I’ve only been here once and I feel like I’ve seen the inside 100 times, the menu is just ok, it doesn’t tell you at all what you can get.

The Cocoon Coffee space is spacious, roomy, and comfortable. This is a perfect spot to grab a coffee and read a book or play a board game. Their drinks are unique and delectable. I got the Blueberry Muffin Matcha which was pure creamy, smooth, matcha, milky goodness in my tummy. Additionally, the service is quick and the baristas are very warm, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend this coffee spot if you’re looking for a cozy spot to grab a nice coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.

Good coffee, slow service. Probably best to come when you’re not in any rush. Takes an eternity to order in drive thru even with just one car. Got an avocado bagel and given a jelly packet with green avocado in it. Cold brew was good, but only comes in one size(medium).
