I’ve been to Cocoon Coffee a couple of times now. The staff is always polite and helpful. The few times I’ve gone there’s been only 1 or 2 people working so as expected there is usually a few minute wait to get my order taken and then another couple of minutes before my order was ready. The first time I ordered the ham, egg, and cheese bagel with a hash brown. The hash brown was cold and soggy. The sandwich was just alright. The second time I ordered a bagel with cream cheese (tasted like a bagel with cream cheese). I’ve tried a few of their coffee drinks. The drinks are fine but I do believe the prices are a little too high (ex: $3 for a small black coffee.) The atmosphere is very pleasant. If you are coming in to either chat with a friend or crack open your laptop to work, there are several couches, seats, and work stations available. It’s never been overly crowded on the days I’ve stopped in. If you’re looking to try something different than the big box coffee shops, or just want a quiet, comfortable place to catch up with a friend, you should check it out.

The coffee was good but far too expensive for what I received compared to local competitors. Although the barista was friendly, when I arrived both her and her associate were staring at their phones and it was around 30-40 seconds before I was acknowledged.

$5.25 for a “large” iced coffee is way too expensive! Not sure if the guy I ordered from thought an iced coffee was the same as a cold brew but definitely way overpriced. Tastes fine but not a very big cup.

We came here for our Saturday morning coffee date. This is the 11th coffee place in Cincinnati we’ve been to.We got the PB&J latte, and Raspberry Crumble Cake latte. Both are excellent!! Not too sweet, not to faint.We also got the maple sausage breakfast sandwich and blueberry baked oatmeal. Both were somewhere in between good & great. I typically get a scone, but they were out of a lot of pastries due to delivery issue with a supplier.The vibe is pretty cool! Lots of plants and seating space for all types of reasons. Reading, studying, work, conference meetings, personal one-on-one’s. Open space, but pretty quiet as there weren’t a lot of people there.Overall we’d definitely come again!
