Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service. I first ordered for no mayonnaise on my burger and i got mayonnaise on it. I then ordered for my blizzard to be made later and when i went back up to get it, the two girls that were working there were sitting around on their phones. This was my worst experience here and i will not be coming back. I just wanted everyone to know how terrible this was. If i could give this negative stars i would.

If I could a negative star I would. I ordered 2 cheese coneys with no onions got home and they put onions on it. They are the stupidest employees I've ever seen. What the other reviewers said was true. Don't ever go to this nasty place if u wantvthe wrong food.

I was a DQ with my 4 children. My youngest is a special needs child and cannot tell you if something is wrong. He had drank too much water in the car unknown to me it had upset his stomach. So while sitting at the booth the water came back up. At this time my other 3 kids ran to grab napkins to help wipe it up. Then one of the people working there came out and yelled at me to get him to the bathroom. Which at this point was pointless cause he was done and now it cause more trail of the water to the bathroom. Again one of my daughters cleaned it up.

After we were done in the bathroom which was only a minute I took him straight to the car as I didn’t want him to start again in the store. As I was getting him in the car in the handicap spot the same worker came and out and yelled again saying I had to come in and clean it up. I told her I was already planning on coming back in but needed him to get in the car so it didn’t happen again.

Once back inside I was given the crappy brown paper towels to get on my hands and knees to clean up the mess. I asked for a map or other cleaning supplies and I was told no, that I have to clean it up with the paper towels that were given. So I did and then left after it was all cleaned up by me.

I will never come back to this location again and will make sure the entire community knows how we were treated.

I thoroughly enjoy this Dairy Queen compared to any other one! I would practice close to here and my friends and I would always get Dairy Queen after practice and it was always amazing. The inside closes at 9 and no matter what time we came in they would always serve us and it was delicious. I have so many memories and laughs at this Dairy Queen. I will always and forever love this specific Dairy Queen

Great ice cream turtle pecan cluster blizzard is awesome tried the chili dog and it was better than expected

Took a group of adults with special needs to get food and ice cream in the middle of order the guy behind the counter asked if he could take the order’s of the people behind us and then get back to us Very rude very unprofessional Very dismissive Will not be going back And will not recommend to anyone

I had one of the most shittiest experiences of my life! I work nights, so I used my 30 minutes break at work to go get food, waited the full 30, spent $41.74 for my food and went back to work. I was missing items so I called, the dude told me I was wrong but I have a receipt to show what I paid for vs what I got. Never got any money back and didn’t receive my missing items!

Seems really new. Very clean and bright. Lots of parking. All the usual DQ food and treats.

Food was horrible. Onion rings were burnt, ranch was not hidden valley as advertised but seemed to be replaced with cheap off brand, lettuce snd tomato on burger had to be trown away, it was spoiled. Over priced and staff (who are also the owners I believe) cut corners to save money.

This place was not only rude but the ice cream was not good the attitude the person had was horrible and they didn’t give us our receipt as asked 4 times this is not a friendly place or friendly service . Do not go to this place

A really great Dairy Queen for a quick snack on our way to Kings Island, The pumpkin blizzard was awesome and the food was well cooked and tasted great

Did dairy queen fall victim to shrinkage this is supposed to be a large cone it's so thin like I get its 4.49 but this feels like a medium at best
