the service was terrible. lady was rude & tried to tell me i was wrong when i asked for 6 meals, with 6 sundaes she only gave me 5 sundaes. i got most of my food though i will say that, but i was missing a sauce on my burger and the other burger was supposed to have no pickles.

Came to this location for the first time and was instantly disappointed. I got a medium Oreo shake and there was about 2 Oreos in the whole thing and the bottom half was just plain ice cream. I asked them to remake it and add more and they took my blizzard back and reblended it. Then, I came through here again and the person at the register didn’t scan my code which took 60% of the order price off. They charged my card anyways and refused me a refund or partial refund. They claimed there was no manager and that’s why they couldn’t do a refund. Seems weird to me…both times I’ve been here I feel like I’ve been scammed so just watch out.

I love Dairy Queen soft serve.- I prefer it over any gourmet ice cream shoppes in Cincinnati. Having said that the prior location of the Kings Mills store was just the worst. The congested parking lot was bad enough, but mix in Kings Island traffic, and that entire plaza was avoided if possible.But in this new location… every one of those problems solved, & with the bonus addition of a drive thru!!! NPatel took my order and money. Super nice kid, kind smile, helpful. Best item on the menu: turtle pecan blizzard

DQ has good ice cream, and I enjoy it, but be prepared to pay for it. It does not seem to be the value once was. A vanilla cone, Carmel Sundae, and an 8" ice cream cake was $37. $31 of which was the ice cream cake. Ridiculous
There were several insects on the floor and now I’m feeling serious nausea so if there are insects on the ground I wonder if there are more in other places probably won’t go back I’m not telling anybody what to do but I hope DQ reads this and gets rid of the bugs

The ice cream sizes aren't what they seem. You order a medium blizzard and a small. The medium isn't even full and weighs the same as a small. The candy they use inside the blizzards taste old. The customer service is terrible! Would recommend staying away from location.

Worst customer service and very rude! Had the nerve to get upset with me because they got the order wrong. Then actually asked us to leave because they close at 9, which I wasn’t aware, and it was two minutes after.

Incredibly unhygienic and dirty premises. Such restaurants are a health hazard. I wish the Dairy Queen brand looks into how poorly this location is being maintained. It was disgusting to see all the rubbish lying around and the dirty toilet. Couldn’t believe this is in USA.
