All of their meats are smoked in ovens, definitely not on a pit, meats has zero flavor and shouldn't be allowed to sell as BBQ., this is why their prices are reasonable. Someone should go to the the rodeo cook-off and see how it's done.

Had a $40 gift card so we ordered two of the 2 Meat Plates which also came with two sides and bread for each. With the Tip, that pretty much covered the $40. Online ordering was easy and painless. Food was fine, (albeit a bit stingy on the portions) and folks were friendly enough but could tell they were anxious to get out of there as it was getting near closing time. Perhaps the lunch hour is a better time to visit.

First time trying Dickeys. Actually live very close. Not very busy ordered my food. Pulled pork sandwich with a drink $13. As I was eating I notice the specialSign sandwich 1 side and drink $9.99 . The longer I thought about it I had to bring it up to the employe to ask why didn't he mention the special for cheaper. Said he didn't have to. Waited for manager said he went to bank. After approaching him with with matter didn't seem to matter to him either. I guess it's the principle behind it all . Being retired now after owning a small business for 40 years I couldn't imagine not handing that situation differently. I guess that's the difference of today's world. Won't be back over just a little bad common sense.

We ordered via DoorDash a little before 8pm. It was an accepted order by the store. DoorDash said it was being prepared. At 840, the order was cancelled. We sat here without dinner and scrambled for other food.

Avoid this restaurant and save yourself frustration.Took my online order, sent confirmation email, and charged me. Arrived for my pickup and it's closed. At 5:30 pm.What reputable business does this? They don't.

On one occasion showed up to get the special that they were running which was the chicken on Hawaiian roll. They didn't have the Hawaiian roll so I told them that a plain roll was acceptable for me and then they asked me What went on in the sandwich and I said nicely I don't work here you do you should know. This last visit happened on Saturday September 17th went at 5:30 in the afternoon after placing an order online to get pulled pork sandwich when I showed up to the location in Mason which is the same location I've been going to they were closed Trying to get ahold of the owner it is a franchised location.

Seems like no one wants to work at this location. The customer service is awful. We placed a $126 order to pick up at 7:30pm and when we walked in we were only refunded for the order. No attempt was made to fulfill our order and no offer was even made. We purchased food for multiple people and were not able to provide for anyone. Very disappointed and are not likely to go to another Dickeys anytime soon.

website said they were open and they took online ordering on Labor Day. Placed an online order and IT TOOK IT instead of the online being disabled if they were closed. came up to see they were indeed closed and the OPEN sign was lit up. Last time we order anything from this place as this isn't our first disappointment.

I decided to try something new today. Ordered from door dash. We ordered a 2 meat plate and a pulled pork sandwiche. Did not receive any BBQ sauce for either meal. Fries were cold and hard as a rock. Did not receive the chicken at all for the 2 meat plate and the brisket i did receive was nothing but a huge chunk of fat. Very disappointed and will not order from here again. And door dash was zero help with my missing items and terrible items

Stopped in first time today….absolutely delicious…had the Managers special…there was enough meat on the BBQ pork for another sandwich! I will return for sure….thank you

We had not eaten here in several years and if I had my choice a zero star option would be that..I ordered carry out online at 2:15pm Sunday June, 5th and had to choose the 2:45pm pick up as this was the earliest option…We did not arrive to the store until 2:50pm (they had 35 mins to complete our small order) Upon walking in there, we saw 3 young workers all sitting at a table 2 girls, 1 boy..Not another soul insight..They all immediately get up from the table…As we walked up to the counter one of the girl pulls our ticket out of the register…They had not even looked at our order and we had drove 15 mins to come pick it up only to find out that our 2 meat plates had not only even been started but that they did not have our ribs we ordered…Why was I not informed, again they had 35 mins to notify us by phone…I was going to cancel it completely but we had already invested, so I switched one of my meats to brisket and my husband switched his to chicken making the meats 2 double chicken and 2 double briskets…Once home, we realized they had forgotten my husbands fries, the brisket was nothing but fat (thrown out) and our chicken was very dry (I ate some of this) His baked beans weren’t even cooked and hard…Unfortunately this will be our last visit as we did not realize their quality of food and service had gotten this bad over the past few years ?

Terrible food. The brisket I got is very dry and too salty. Just like beef jerky. Potato salad is good.
