I accidentally ordered a pizza with meat online, but when I explained the situation, they generously gave me a meat-free replacement at no extra cost—even though the mistake was mine. All I did was call about my late order yk as a American I like food can’t lie wanted a sweaty pizza late order=canceled after 7pm i guess the late night tweaked out and working 😭😭😂 go spend $50 somewhere else on my fine Monday night

We usually had a good order delivered. Today's order wasnt up to mark, we ordered habdtoss XL pizza and we received a very thin 🍕, it was not cooked, look at the photo.... When called to enquire , I was first offered refund but manager came on phone and said that was handtoss pizza and they were having problems with dough since afternoon, that's reason dough hasnt risen. Should it not be informed to customer, instead of giving pizza that wasnt the customer order. we drove to pickup and come back, it was a waste of time.

Good location, service and always consistent taste
Logan the store manager, he took good care of me. The driver left the pizza at the door for some reason, it was so cold when we realized a hour n 30 min later. I called and he sent out another pizza pretty fast. Made sure we had a good experience and that is how it ended. Thanks Logan!!
Make sure to ask for Logan to make your pizza, he makes the best tasting pizzas and they are top notch!! High quality for a fast food pizza chain.

I had heard folklore of the Dominos in Mason, OH, under the new management of Logan. How good could it be though? Let me tell you, very good. The BBQ chicken pizza was ‘bangin’ and the service was top notch. This facility is world class.

Best food of my life. Their manager Logan really took care of us. Made sure our pizza was baked to perfection at 450 degrees. Pizza was almost as good as Logan’s service. He runs a tight ship. Lucky to have him in our community.

OK, so I haven’t had a Domino’s Pizza in 25 years. I ordered from this location because it’s close to my house in Mason. I ordered a pizza build your own with lots of toppings. The pizza was made exactly as I ordered it. This is rare in today’s day and age. The pizza was excellent! I am more than pleasantly surprised. My pick up time was 630 and it was brought to my car at 6:33. The gentleman was friendly, and the food was hot. I will definitely order from this location again and would recommend to anyone!
I only gave a three to the location because the parking lot was not great. Could use an update.
