I accidentally ordered a pizza with meat online, but when I explained the situation, they generously gave me a meat-free replacement at no extra cost—even though the mistake was mine. We usually had a good order delivered. Today's order wasnt up to mark, we ordered habdtoss XL pizza and we received a very thin 🍕, it was not cooked, look at the photo.... When called to enquire , I was first offered refund but manager came on phone and said that was handtoss pizza and they were having problems with dough since afternoon, that's reason dough hasnt risen. Should it not be informed to customer, instead of giving pizza that wasnt the customer order....

Logan the store manager, he took good care of me. The driver left the pizza at the door for some reason, it was so cold when we realized a hour n 30 min later. I called and he sent out another pizza pretty fast. Made sure we had a good experience and that is how it ended. Thanks Logan!!
