Can't even make a latte right.
This person was very rude to my kids, making faces when they asked for something! They clearly didn't want to be there and provided terrible customer service!!

There seriously needs to be a complete overhaul and replacement of almost every single employee that works at this store. The only person that makes my experiences here halfway decent is the one taking orders and he sounds like he belongs out in California on a surf board in the middle of the ocean. The interaction that he gives really softens the blow that I know is coming EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
The crew that puts the orders together and hands it to the customer NEVER double checks the order or puts any effort into making sure the order is correct. Dunkin' is my family’s favorite stop for a light breakfast or a quick drink, like a refresher or a matcha.
This store is the ONLY Dunkin I’ve EVER been to that gets my order WRONG EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The only thing that keeps me coming back at this point is convenience because it’s the closest to my house. There’s been times where one of my kids is missing their entire breakfast order. Then when I try to call and ask for a credit because I can’t turn around and go back, or I’ll be late to church, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!
Today the ball was dropped yet again!!! I knew I should’ve checked the avocado toast. That’s normally where I’m shorted. The bacon never makes its way onto the avocado spread. The crazy thing is, just adding bacon to the avocado toast is $1 extra.. And did I mention the sweet cold foam on my iced matcha never makes its way onto my drink? That’s an up charge too. I had to send my matcha back this morning and have them fix it because I caught that mishap before I left.
Seriously…. This store really needs to get it together. I’ve worked in the fast food industry in the past and I promise, it’s not this hard. This is absolutely unacceptable. This isn’t even a one off event, like I said. I moved to the Mason area 3 months ago and like I said, it’s the closest one to my house. The moment I get in line I’m expecting to send something back to make sure I get what I pay for, and that’s sad.
But like I said, the fun, mellow dude taking the orders in the morning lightens the blow a little bit. He deserves a raise being so personable and fun. Everyone else sucks..

The young lady working the drive-thru early yesterday afternoon was delightful. They got my wife’s coffee order correct too. That never happens at Maineville - 48. We will be coming here from now on.

I went to this drive thru almost every morning, and the two regular employees are outstanding. Even at 4 am, they would brighten my day! The small interaction always made a profound impact on my day.

Drive-thru line was was long. Despite having two windows, we waited 9 mins from the time we ordered to the time we go to the 2nd window. Not sure if they were under staffed, but it shouldn't take this long
