Ordered a drink no ice and they only filled the cup less than halfway with product. Starbucks would never do that. Never going to Dunkin again.

Walked in, the poor cashier had no clue what he was doing. Looked like it was due to poor training or his first day on the job. I had ordered a coffee and muffin. Stood for 20 minutes waiting on my muffin which was fine but when I tried to get someone’s attention to get my muffin, all the employees just looked at me like and then walked to do something else. Service was very poor and the place looked like it was ran by a bunch of teenagers/high schoolers, there needs to be an adult who can make sure that customers are getting their orders. As a person who works in the food industry, it is the top priority to make customers happy and this store could not do that.

I always order two coffees, one always comes without dairy. Every single time. It's like it's on purpose at this point.
Also they run out of most donuts around 10:30am every morning.
2 stars only because the food is never burnt which is a plus compared to other locations.

Everything always tastes great and the employees are the sweetest. No matter what time of day you go, you’ll always experience the same warm and welcoming atmosphere. I always go here and I’ve never had a problem with mean people! They work so hard and are so nice.

We always come to this location while staying at the lodge. Couldn't use rewards at the lodge. Great service and products!
Smelled like stinky burnt coffee when we walked in. Good sour dough egg sandwich. Kinda stingy with the bacon. Coffee was good. Donuts should be amazing but they were not. Floor behind counter was soaked in spilled coffee. Looked gross. Counter and everything has drops of dried sticky coffee everywhere. They definitely need to take a minute or two to wipe stuff down and keep the restaurant clean. Even if they are busy. Just part of the business.
Parking: Parking lot has lines. You park between them.

Nice and friendly staff. Simon was very nice. The drink was aptly made, very few locations get the taste right. Food was served quickly and hot. The staff being nice was what make our visit special.
