I pre-ordered donuts for my son's birthday to take to his class, and the entire experience was amazing! The management was incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to accommodate my request. They made sure everything was perfect, and the store delivered fantastic service. My son had a special birthday thanks to their efforts. I couldn't have asked for better service! Highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location!

This is one of my favorite Dunkin they know me by name. Yes, I use the app but even before the location went active they would say Bekah we have your drink come on around. They almost always make it right every once in a while I'll catch a newbie, but I'll take that over every time wrong at other places.

As a former employee , there IS roaches at this location, and don’t think for one second one couldn’t make its little way into your food since they leave bags of trash out by the tables that your food and drinks are prepared on. Milk that was 2+ months old, we were instructed to keep using because it “was refrigerated” even though it dang near looked like cottage cheese. Most of the employees don’t do a damn thing unless instructed by their manager during a rush, their phone is of upmost importance because management doesn’t do their job of actually MANAGING! Absolutely disgusting standards. I’d spend a few more dollars and go to the Starbucks in south Lebanon across from target! They actually have standards and employees who don’t just stand around like morons staring deeply into their phones!

I was an employee here. The store is consistently disgusting. There's spoiled milk under the refrigerators that rarely gets clean gnats all over landing on donuts etc. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. They had a roach infestation about 2 years ago and they are quickly headed towards that again. Most of the employees are clean however there are a select few that could care less.. I'd consider going to a dif dunkin all together there is one less than a mile up the road from this one that is much better and doesn't have the issues this store has. One of these days they are going to get someone sick. Thankfully I no longer work there but the public deserves to know especially sence it is something you are eating.
Good service and munchkins/donut holes!! It’s a gas station so not a great coffee/donut shop atmosphere but they do have a small sitting area which is nice.
Vegetarian options: It’s a donut and coffee shop…
Parking: It’s a gas station so not a ton of parking but definitely enough to easily find a spot, even when I went in the morning
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat ground with no stairs like any gas station lol
