I don't go to Dunkin very often but I stopped by on the way to my kids doctor's appointment and wanted to get my kids a 10-piece munchkin and when I went to the drive-thru paid and opened up the box I saw there was nine. I told the lady that there was only nine and she had an attitude with me because I counted. I ordered a 10-piece so I expect a 10-piece. Especially if I'm splitting it between kids. The young lady was very rude and was mouthing me to her co-worker how I needed an extra donut and how it was rude that I counted. I was very short to come across this type of customer service. You would think that she would understand if you pay for a certain amount you should give that amount.

I love doughnuts, but honestly dunkin' ain't what it once was.They need to go back to waking up early and making them donuts.
