Ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with a modification that I’ve ordered many times at other DD. The employee states that DD doesn’t allow her to do that and I couldn’t customize my drink since she didn’t know how to charge me.

This is so ridiculous. I’m not one to rate businesses but they seriously are being lazy with their orders. I ordered donuts and coffee. my coffee wasn’t full when i received it and wasn’t made right. Then we have the donuts. they NEVER give me the correct donuts!! I’m spending upwards of $20 an order here. Which is a lot for a place charging $1 for hashbrowns. I am so sick of spending money on a place that isn’t going to respect what i order!

Second time I've stopped here this week to get my coffee the counter is closed due to a technical issue?? Only drive thru and app options are available my van is too big to go through the drive thru and I'm not doing a app for a coffee lol ....

Asked for light ice and got a drink full of ice and when I asked if it was made with light ice they said yes and wouldn’t remake it. I guess I’ll pay $5 for 50% water. Also, it tasted horrible. Left a bad taste in my mouth after.

I politely asked to have my sandwich without bacon and apparently that’s too much to ask for and impossible to do. They argued then told me they’d “do it just this one time”, made me pull off and wait, and then handed me a sandwich with bacon???? I’m muslim, I can’t eat this. What if someone was allergic? I came for a quick bite before work, I don’t earn my money just to waste it on someone else’s stubbornness or laziness. Absolutely bitter.

My son and I had never been to Dunkin before (I know, where have we been lol) but this was the best customer service and breakfast we've had on our vacation. Outside of another car screeching like a maniac when we were waiting for our food (apparently this happens daily...people don't do this to them!) Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this location and give so much credit and appreciation to the wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.
I miss the old team, they were always a joy and so nice. This one though, interrupts you rudely after telling you to go ahead with your order saying to give them more time to get to you.

This location sucks. The food and coffee are okay but everything else sucks. There is little to no parking and only two stools to sit at the counter and today the managers decided it was more important to have their coffee break/meeting than it was for guest use.

Always fast service. 10-10, just wish the city would fix the exit street. Bad pit holes. Not their fault. Deerfield Township changed the Mason Montgomery to Right Turn only exit.

Went through the drive thru spent 25.00 got barely cooked snacking bacon and cold beagle bites. I would post pics but it's not giving the option. Dunkin in the ghetto servers better food then this place. Waste of money. If I didn't jump on the highway to go home I would of turned around and returned
