Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I ordered the steak salad and was disappointed Steak was not slices as described, it was five thin slivers of julienned meat that was tasteless I'm usually very happy with my food at Firebirds and don't think this met the standard

I was there with my husband and 3 others. I had the Steak Penne and was asked the temp I wanted my steak. I asked for Med Rare. When the food came, the waiter told me he was sorry, but the steak is not cooked to order as eh thought. The steak was terrible. The sauce was lacking any flavor. Very bland. My husband ordered a shrimp pasta and his was lacking flavor as well. It was very disappointing. When other asked for to go boxes, the waiter was insistent on including their fork because “he didn't want to use his hands to get the leftovers into he box”. One person was still using her fork on some fresh fruit. I think they have utensils on the kitchen where he was going, so not sure why he was insistent on including the forks. The overall ambiance and service all around was good, but the food was bland and the steak was terrible.

We went here for my birthday for dinner and we had a great time! Our server was very sweet and kind and when we got to the table there was a happy birthday sign 🥲 I also got a creme brulee cheesecake dessert with a candle and a signed card at the end! Very great experience thank you so much 🫶🏻

Server was wonderful. Steak was not the normal great quality I have grown to expect from Firebird's.

Great place! Great food! Great service! Enjoyed Philly cheesesteak egg roll appetizer, different item. We enjoyed the food all seasoned well.

Our server and the food was amazing!!! We went for the NY strip special. And we were not disappointed. My leftovers were still just as amazing as the initial plate. One of my favorite places and that steak may be on my list of favorites from there from here on out!

The ribeye I had didn't seem to have much flavor. My wife's shrimp pasta was not what she has been used to in the recent past.

Food was good and they put a happy birthday frame on our table for my birthday. They also gave me a free brownie with ice cream. It did take forever to get our bill and be able to pay for it. That was the only downside. With two impatient kids that was a little rough.

We always have a great experience at firebirds, and this time was no exception. We did an afternoon happy hour. Sampled everything, and had a few cocktails--Best Happy Hour and great value!

Amazing as always. Food was wonderful. Service is wonderful. Great place to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, other special events. 

Customer service seems to be something of the past except for here. From the time you enter until the time you leave, they go above and beyond. I love this place not only for great food but everything in between.

Firebirds was a good experience for our group. The menu has a large offering so there was something for everyone! Most of our group opted for the $40 three course meal, which includes a salad or soup, your choice of entree and choice of petite desserts. The salads & entrees (we got salmon and the filet) were good, but not seasoned heavily enough. But our group highly recommends the crème brûlée cheesecake. Definitely the best bite of the evening!! The lobster queso was also a little under seasoned, but the deviled eggs with candied bacon were to die for. The atmosphere was dark and moody, perfect for a date night. Service was great and was also super quick! Overall, a good experience with great portions for the price.

I’ve been going here a long time and tried half the menu. The food and service has always been excellent and nobody has ever acted rude.

We waited for quite a while to get our food and then it was lukewarm warm. I got a cheeseburger and it was charred, I did order it well done but it didn't have to be burnt. My husband got the filet and shrimp also luke warn and the steak was tough. $96 bill was way overpriced for what we received. Our server was overworked.

We came during a busy time this weekend, but you would never know by how great the service was. We only had a bit of a wait before getting to our table and Devyn was so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, he was so friendly! He even came to see how we liked our meal. Great place and great people!
