Friendly staff and a very yummy tasty burger. Ordered “all the way” (can’t beat it) and fries. It wasn’t ready at the quoted time but I only had to wait a few minutes upon arrival.

Ordered and went to pay cash. They were out of pennies (yes, I know the miny isn't making them anymore) for my change. 2¢. My daughter didn't get all her change either...4¢. I watched 3 other customers pay with cash and not get all their change back (due to having no pennies) and after the last one, the cashier took money out of his cash drawer and put it into the tip jar. 🤔 Is this how they are balancing their drawers after not giving people accurate change?
With the 3% surcharge for card purchases, I'd think the company would give the extra to the chstomer instead of to themselves.
Also, my veggie sandwich was great till I got to the middle and it became very spicy. Not sure what got on it or how, but I'm thinking contaminated gloves or splatter from one container to another. Having Moderate -severe Crohns Disease, I try to stay away from spicy food as it aggravates my stomach. Please be more careful!
*Please put up a sign when you are out of pennies and can't give accurate change. This let's the customer decide, before ordering, if they even want to order! Highly disappointed.

This is a pretty good five guys. In a town where a lot of fast food closes early, it was good finding this place open relatively late at night.

Spectacular Multiverse
Dropping to 1 star. The customer service is terrible the last few months - they got my order wrong one time (ordered 3 but got 2). Then next time there was no ketchup. Yesterday, they had only shells in their open peanut boxes - my wife very nicely properly requested them to open anew box (there were dozens). But there was only 1 designated employee (believe this is the manager) and she spent 20 minutes doing other things and did not have the peanuts even when we left. I know it's just peanuts but it should have been fine ahead of time, or at least as soon as a customer requested it - would have only needed 2 minutes to get done. To clarify, I have always tipped them 20% consistently. But clearly I'm a fool (esp since I'm tipping before I get the food or any basic service). I will say anytime I go when this particular employee is not around, I don't have any issues...

Was in here everyday for awhile. Sometimes twice a day. I am a Type 2 diabetic. I have to eat at certain times. Why would ANY business update their computer systems in the middle of a business day, thus not allowing them to do any business? Didn't get to eat my cheeseburger from here that I planned for. Won't make that mistake with this business again.

Amber took our order on Saturday. Give that girl a raise or a bonus or something. She was AMAZING! She made it fun to order food. I have never in my life enjoyed ordering dinner that much. She was fun and funny and quick and jokes appropriately with us. If we lived there, we’d be there every week! The gentleman that gave us our food was great too but I didn’t catch his name. Way to go!

Food was perfect, hot, fresh, accurate order. Service was A+++; professional but friendly, efficient. I hope 5 guys does what they can to keep employees this good. Restaurant was clean, comfortable trmp, music not too loud. Would def recommend this location!
