As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and quick service. The customer service, smiling faces, postive attitude and willingness to help - top of line!! The ice cream was delicious also. Highly recommend!!

I’d never heard of Graeter’s until we were at Kings Island and we wanted ice cream. Turns out, this place offered exactly the kind of ice cream we were looking for. A true ice cream parlor focused on hard serve specialties. Taste was fantastic and prices weren’t out of line from what I’d expect. If we had locations in Michigan, I’d be giving them my business routinely.
