I’ve been here multiple times bc my son loves it here but the place is terrible. They constantly run out of milk, syrup, and even pancakes. Service is super slow bc they can’t get enough help so it’s always 1 server and 1 cook. Avoid if you want to eat in anything resembling a timely manner.

Pancakes were okay. Strawberries were clearly on their way out. Service was absolutely 10/10 for who they had, which was honestly too few people. Very overworked staff it seems, but that doesn't down their spirit!

Understaffed and disorganized. There were many open tables but a long line of customers waiting. After being seated, we waited for 20 minutes but no server showed up at our table. Another group was seated after us but a server took their order prior to us and only after 5 minutes after they were seated. This left a very poor impression and we decided to leave due to disorganization and delays.

I was there with my family on Saturday. Ordered pancakes 3 layer, then I decide take pancakes to home. Then at home I feeling like ready to eat, when I take pancakes and want separate ones and noticed bottom pancakes was sticky from tomatoes and lettuce ,i was shocked this pancake is old and take from other people who was left it and they did bring it to me.I promised will never ever eat again IHOP restaurant and tell all my family and friends too.Also manager Terry was so rude on phone.
Breakfast service was excellent, good portion size and meal quality and the service was excellent especially our waiter Lamont who went above and beyond!

They were short staffed that particular day, so you can't blame the workers for that. They're doing the best they can. The staff that was there were friendly and attentive. It took about 20 min to get seated, but it was a Sunday morning, so that actually wasn't too bad. The server was very friendly, and once we ordered, the food came out relatively quick and was cooked as we requested. The tables were clean, and the restaurant, in general, was clean and well maintained. I would recommend.

Customer service is not at all good. We are 6 people coming in . But she rejected to serve 6 people. I didn’t hear anything like that before. It’s insane. And we came around 9:30 and she rejected to serve 6 people and no one is there apart from us

We showed up at 9:00pm 10 people. 2 workers outside vaping! No one in parking lot or store, we go to Get out and they told us they couldn't serves us! Very disappointed that they literally stealing from the company!
