The baked goods are delicious, one of the best around in my opinion. The customer service, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Not sure if the owner is tired or what, but, nobody should leave a donut shop feeling like they got lectured by their mother.
Been coming here for years but that has ended. Such a shame.

The Bear Claw and Apple Fritters shine!
In a good location, Sweet Sinsations offers a variety of delicious baked goods that will tickle your sweet tooth. I stopped in on a whim and opted to try their chocolate and vanilla sprinkled donuts, apple fritter, and bear claw.
The apple fritter was amazing, and the bear claw had the perfect blend of cinnamon and sweetness.
Bear Claw: 8.4/10 the undercarriage was not overdone (even though it looked overdone) and tasted phenomenal.
Apple Fritter: 8.1/10 - soft, slight crunch on the exterior, beautiful apple flavor and taste. I think the rating would be higher had I tasted a fresh one. I stopped in around 11 am.
Chocolate Frosted Sprinkle Donut / Standard sprinkle donuts: 7/10 - I'm not a chocolate frosting fan, but my kiddo loved it. However, my kiddo loves literally anything with sugar in it haha! That said, it's a standard fare donut. No frills.
Overall: 8/10 would recommend if you're wanting a local place with good donuts.

Although they were very busy with current orders to be filled, they agreed to take my order for cupcakes...then proceeded to go ABOVE & BEYOND assembling cupcakes and adding embellishments...at no extra cost! Can't thank you enough!!

I am so disappointed. I ordered cakes and cupcakes two weeks ago to be picked up today for my Twins birthday party tomorrow! We got busy getting ready for the party and my oldest had baseball today and we forgot about picking up the cakes ! This place didn’t even give me courtesy phone call!! They are closed and I am screwed. What kind of business doesn’t even give a courtesy phone call !? Nobody just forgets their birthday party cupcakes. I will never spend my money here again. Poor customer service.Let me add. I just drove over there and someone is still there and they won’t open the door. Terrible customer service seriously….I bet if I hadn’t paid yet they for sure would have called.

I’m giving 3 stars. It should be 5 though. I called to order a birthday cake a week advance notice. The person who answered the phone was not kind at all and seemed very stressed. I was put on hold. The person that helped me after I was put on hold was extremely sweet. I would have just hung up on the rude person but my son requested having the cake ordered from there. Positive note the price was great and the cake was delicious. Whoever answers the phones probably shouldn’t. After searching reviews this isn’t the only complaint on the person answering the phone.

I was so excited to order this cake for my son's 21st birthday. I saw a Bengals cake that they did and it looked awesome, so I ordered that cake but in the LA Chargers colors since my son is a big chargers fan. I was very disappointed in the way it looked. It did not look as good as the Bengals cake. It looked very cheap. I was expecting something nice since it was from a bakery. I didn't say anything because I thought well at least it will taste good. This cake was the worst cake I have ever eaten. It was BAD. It was dry and hard. I have never had a cake taste so bad. I was very disappointed. I usually don't write reviews but this cake was so bad I felt like I needed to. I was just so excited to get this cake and then so disappointed.
