I've always like Subway but damn, that was way too much oil on my tuna sub. I could have opened a refinery with that much oil. It soaks into the bread making for a sloppy mess. Dial it back, lads.

I tried another JM location today and like the others? it was a very efficient and tasty experience. Quick service, done well! I went with the Club this time, I have had it before, and I think I prefer it without the oil and vinegar. The mayo alone is just fine. Add banana peppers. Did you know they can warm and sandwich for you? Try it. Takes a little longer but so good.

My favorite sub restaurant has always been Jersey Mike's. I go there quite often. This is the first and last visit at this location. None of the food was made correctly and the bread was very hard. I have not experience this before.

I went in today to take my brother to work there and I was also going to get a sandwich, I walk in and tried to order, the girl Ella refused to make my food, and made a huge fuss about it, I recently quit there and didn't do it in the nicest of ways, I didn't come in to cause any trouble, just to drop my brother off and get food, after waiting 10 mins and being skipped over 4 other customers who came in BEFORE me, another worker Geo (excellent employee, wouldn't have anyone over her in there) made my sub, when i got to the register to pay, the other 2 workers laughed and mocked me saying that the manager wasn't going to give me the employee discount because of the way I had quit, which is fine and I have no problem with that, im annoyed that they mocked me and laughed, in the end, bad service, the food is amazing, but the food is great at any Jersey Mikes store u go to, so if possible, avoid the Mason Store, just absolutely terrible people

We order on a regular basis from this location. My husband will not eat anything that onions have touched. We’ve thrown away many sandwiches over the past two years because they had onions. I tried typing NO ONIONS PLEASE in the special requests in addition to unselecting onions. Finally fed up, I emailed a complaint explaining that when the order is wrong it’s not worth the gas or effort to return. They responded by telling me to return next time & they’ll make it right. We stopped ordering for a few months hoping the culprit (always the same guy) would be gone eventually. Tonight the order was correct but the mayo on both sandwiches was a massive glob on one side! This location has ruined us on Jersey Mike’s for good!
