Jets has great pizza, but the last 3 times I’ve ordered via text (15% off) the order has been lost or it has been delivered with a different order. Apparently they use AI when using text ordering. Yes there’s a follow up reply so you can verify the order. Had to call the store on all 3 occasions. They really need to work on their app as well. Other chains apps work flawlessly. They use DoorDash for delivery as well and I believe that’s where the problem lies. If they had their own drivers, I believe there would be less mistakes

I never miss an opportunity to have Jet's Pizza, and especially when I travel. I live in Indiana, but while taking grandkids to Great Wolf Lodge, we always order Jet's from this specific location each time. Never disappointing, always consistent, and ALWAYS delicious! That's one nice thing about all the Jet's locations I've ever had pizza from....consistency in quality, flavor, value, and employees. I even had it in Florida a couple years ago, and tasted same as my visits in Indiana and Ohio. Thanks, Jet's!

I'm pleasantly surprised at this place. I've been wanting to visit Jets pizza for awhile and finally got to. The four corner for $8 coupon wasn't working so I got the medium 1 topping for $9. Best pizza for the price I've had in months. Crust perfectly cooked. Sauced great. Cheese was amazing. Service was great. Only thing that forbids a 5 Star is canned mushrooms. I mean . Like whut?

It's one thing to get a hankering for pizza...it's another to be smacked with the notion of Detroit-style deep dish! And whenever I'm needing some "back home" crunchy crust, premium mozzarella, and heaping pizza toppings, Jet's Pizza is where we go. Nothing like it NE Cincinnati to me back home! Deep dish Eugene supreme, deep dish BBQ Chicken, and a NY-style cheese for Baby Girl is our typical order.
