They were out of boba at the boba shop and it tasted like cleaning chemicals

Hours are incorrect, arrived at 7 and it was closed.

The staff has no idea what they are doing, people that came in ahead of time was still waiting for their order. Then the order arrangement is based on preference, so doesn't matter when you come in and order. You waiting until they figure it out. Very poor performance and customer service.

OBSESSED! This Thai milk tea with boba was absolutely perfect—sweet, creamy, and packed with that rich, authentic flavor. The boba was perfectly soft and chewy, making every sip even better. So refreshing and satisfying! Definitely coming back for more. 10/10 recommend! 🧋✨

The service is good but the drinks are awful. There's always something wrong whether it's too sweet, the color is completely off, or the taste is just horrendous. There is just a lot of quality control issues.

As a self proclaimed boba tea connoisseur - this is the best boba I’ve had this year. The boba was incredibly fresh and chewy. Went back in to get another one. The two ladies working were kind and professional.

Expensive, but really, really tasty. As a boba newbie, they never made me feel out of place. Boba are pleasantly chewy while the coffee popping bubbles are delightfully crisp. Atmosphere is pretty bland, but as a 'get a drink and go' place it doesn't impact the experience at all.

I ordered the grapefruit green tea and they don't make it the same as the Columbus store.
Disappointed ?... There's no grapefruit pulp in there.

I ordered oolong milk tea, and the boba was hard as a rock. The worker poured the old boba out and poured most of my ice out as well and gave me new boba with my oolong milk tea in a new cup. She explained that it could be the way she mixed the tea with ice, so it harden the boba. I’ve never heard of this.

It wasnt the poor kid's fault. He is all by himself and this lady is trying to use an app and he can't figure it out. He still has to make a few more drinks before mine and there's like 6 people behind me in line.Got my tea 16 minutes after entering the building which isn't bad all things considered. Asked for not sweet and it's extremely sweet. The wife will not be pleased...
