Only place I go to get a milkshake or tea, those teas really debloat me and everything is so much more cleaner and affordable compared to other places.

What a great protein shake! Steven did a fantastic job on my pecan shake. This is the first place that added cinnamon to my pecan pie shake. Definitely give it a try if you are looking for quality protein shakes.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM. I usually get an iced coffee every morning from a local cafe and have had breakouts and stomach bloating from all the sugar and milk. I tried the house blend cafe iced latte today from Mason Nutrition and am beyond pleased. The size is 3x what I would get from anywhere else and is jam packed with nutrition with less than 15g of sugar. Plus Steve added a meal replacement so it counts as my breakfast. I was full and satisfied, as well as alert for what the day brings. I still can’t believe that magic in a cup was only $9. I feel like I’ve been wasting money everywhere else now when I could just get this in the morning.I also got the tea for this afternoon that helps keep your metabolism going even if you sit at work all day (like me) :)I will definitely be a repeat customer. I am finally excited about being healthier and loosing weight.

Stopped in here to see what it was all about. My wife takes the outdoor exercise classes that Steve the owner puts on out in the parking lot on Saturday mornings. She received a $5 credit for his store after taking a class.Store looks good inside and has a wide variety of teas and shakes available, with many more additional add ons depending on what you feel you need.Wife and I both had the shakes, which are between 200-280 calories, under 10 grams of sugar, and are considered a meal replacement. They are very delicious, and do not have that weird "protein shake" taste that you easily find in others.Steve is super knowledgeable and can answer any question you have. We will definitely be back here again!
