I’ve come to this place for years and today was possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten at any establishment.. Ever. Whoever the young lady is answering the phone needs to be retrained on customer service.

Food is ok, sometimes really good. Service is where this place misses the mark with good days and really bad days

This particular location always appears to be dirty.
Trash on floor, fingerprints on door windows..
I have been there 3 times and it looks as dirty as last time.

It was very yummy but it took too long

McAlisters is always a reliable go-to for us when we’re in the neighborhood, or heck, when I’ve got an itch for a giant cup of McAlister’s tea, we’ll come in from outside the neighborhood. It is worth the trip. I will confess that this particular McAlister’s is a favorite for us because of the people we know will be there to take care of us. Where else can you go where the people feel like family even though you’re eating away from home? Aiden and Lauren are always good for a story and a smile.

The food here is good sometimes but the past few times the food was not that good

Standard joint. If you come enough, get their app. Don’t over think the place get the sandwich you like and if your lucky the tea could be good and not a water down brown water thing.

Slow service. Expect to wait 30 plus mins to place an order. Food is good but nothing special. Employees just stand around

Meals Made Healthy

Trash. I ordered a club that was supposed to have bacon, but it was turkey & ham only. I travel for work do I'm out of state 3-4 days a week and places like this make me rethink my career. Since I work on the road all 3 meals come from restaurants & sometimes I wish they'd just let me in the kitchen to make my own food because I guarantee I wouldn't mess up my own food. Owner or manager if this establishment, don't even offer for me to come by tomorrow because I don't live here, I live in Texas. NOTE: upon further review they also messed up my new yorker, it was supposed to have pastrami and corned beef, and it has some sort of white meat on it. Last time I checked pastrami and corned beef isn't white.

Our first time at your deli and it ruined our night. Our pickup order was awkward as two workers stood there but didn't greet or do anything. We decided to eat there and were told 2/3 of the tables were not to be used, and the 1/3 section had all tables with old food sitting on them. We sat at the cleanest which had dried mustard all over it. One of our orders was wrong, like having mustard on it instead of mayo. The food was good but the staff and manager made it unpleasant. Nearly $30 and worst investment in a dining place we've made.
