I meet a girlfriend there about once a month. She is more into clean/healthy eating. Although I am not as particular I totally enjoy the food. The prices are pretty reasonable too. Also I appreciate their obvious hiring of the handicapped. Warms my heart.Kid-friendliness: Good spacing between seats. No cloth table covers, no cloth seats ... durable, sturdy seating.

I got charged to put extra dressing on a sandwich. Only problem is they didn't put to any dressing on the sandwich.
Good food but extremely overpriced!! Side salad, cup of soup and a fountain drink Over $16!!! Will not be back

This location is very disappointing for such a great restaurant. No matter what, when I place an order for pick up they forget the ranch I paid extra for or something else. I should not have to check the order or quiz the employee on whether or not they included everything, it should just be done. This used to be a great location with great staff, it has been going downhill for years.

The food is always good and so fresh. Broccoli cheddar soup was very good, and my BLT+A (avocado) was delicious. The sandwich had more bacon on a 1/2 sandwich than most places put on a whole sandwich. Love the choose 2 menu

Nice variety of sandwiches, soup, salads and baked potatoes. Yes the potatoes are big enough to be your meal! They are the best restaurant made sweet tea. The service is always quick so even if there is a long line to order you can find a table easily as the staff keep tables clean as guests leave.
This is a really uncharacteristic visit for me. Usually this place is fantastic food, if a little pricey, but worth it. Very clean restaurant. Love the seasonal witch’s brew drink too! The people are usually hit-or-miss on how they treat you, but today they’re all very very… I’d almost say “zombie-like”. You have to speak slowly and repeat yourself over and over, to each one of them, and they’ve already messed up my order but I don’t think any of them are with-it enough to fix it so I’m not going to bother trying. Yes, I am aware that McAlisters does like to hire handicapped individuals, but that’s not what this is. Every single employee here is like they’re half asleep, from the order-takers, the man in the polo who is obviously a manager, the busser, the server…. Everyone. It’s very unsettling. I’ll certainly give this location another try down the road, but this is… a very “twilight zone” sort of unsettling.

The food was good but the girl at the pick up counter was rude. I walked up and she didn’t greet me or anything. I said I was here to pick up an order, told her my name and she just handed it to me. I work in customer service and would never greet a customer like that. Even if she would have smiled and said “hi” would have gone a long way.

I believe that I got food poisoning from this location yesterday. I ordered a Rueben and woke up nauseous this morning. I’ve now vomited multiple times after not having been sick in years. I hope they resolve any issues that may be present.

Visiting Cincinnati and I met a lifelong schoolmate for lunch. Just know if you follow me but if I don’t post a picture of the food it’s because it was so good I dived in and forgot! And that’s what I have to say about the New Yorker Connie, similar to Ruben with pastrami added, and I switched out the spicy mustard for thousand island dressing. I had a half sandwich half salad. The salad was average, but to be expected because I just simply got the garden salad. They’re iced tea as fresh and delicious, and the lemons were juicy! I recommend McAllister’s deli for dine in or takeout.
