I was standing at the counter and not one employee acknowledged my existence. I left with no food. I left without talking to a single person. This is worst McDonald's. Everyone should be fired and the branch/location should be closed.

Placed a pickup order at 9pm on Saturday 12/13/25. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed due to the weather, but somehow the app didn't know this (There were also maybe 5 other cars either going through the drive thru or waiting at pickup) I tried to cancel the order, but the app said my food was already made and would be out in 2-5 minutes. I called about 30 times on Sunday and Monday, but no answer. I stopped my the restaurant on our way home (were on a family vacation) and waited in the store for 35 minutes after I was told I needed to speak to a manager to get a refund. Walked out and went through the drive thru to speak to the manager working at the window. She told me I needed to come back inside because a refund cannot be processed at the window. I came back in, explained the situation, and she told me she couldnt issue a refund because the order was never made/I was never charged. I told her not only was i charged, it had already posted to my bank account. She then gave me her name and said she was the GM for the store (I think it was Leslie) and if the charge didn't drop off within 24 hours, to give her a call back. I told her I had called many, many times and no one ever picks up. She said the weather had knocked out the phone and fax.. it has now been 8 days, I've received no refund, and they still do not answer the phone. It was only 16 dollars but it's extremely annoying that I'm going to have to charge back this transaction.

They just are not open in the mornings when they are supposed to be. When you count on them for breakfast on your way to work and they don't open several mornings a week . The worst.

Ordered sausage and cheese biscuit at drive thru. I specifically said no egg. Got to the pay window and the screen showed SEC biscuit and I mentioned no egg again. The worker said no worries. Got to the pick up window and the sticker on the bag showed SEC biscuit and I said again, NO EGG on that right? The worker assured me of no egg. I got my sandwich and wouldn't you know it? It had egg on it. I tried calling the restaurant, no answer. I went online to contact them and it wanted me to download an app. I tried to complete a generic form but because I didn't receive a receipt, I wasn't able to fill out the form. Nobody wants to download an app just to give feedback.

Drive worker was VERY disrespectful! This is ridiculous, I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received, he wouldn’t even tell me his name when asked. 0/10 I need a refund!

AVOID this McDonald’s at all costs. Fast food is never good, but I had to wait 50 minutes for food that wasn’t even fully heated. The employees must have been distracted by the infant crying in the kitchen (yes, you read that correctly) and didn’t seem phased by the long waits they were creating.

Beware getting a tea from this location. Went thru the drive thru and they gave me a tea that had a dead fly in it. They didn’t even apologize when I went inside to show them. Just walked away. When she did come back out she handed me a new cup and told me to have a good day. I will never be back to this location.
