I am 4.5 months pregnant and in the morning all I ever want almost every morning is a bacon egg and cheese bagel with extra sauce. Normally I get DoorDash but the same thing has happened when I go through the drive thru MANY TIMES. I pay almost $2 for extra sauce and 90% of the time I never get it. There was even a time I went through the drive thru, checked my bagel and noticed it didnât have it. So I went back through and asked them to give me one with the extra sauce and they assured me they did. So I pulled over and checked again and sure enough, STILL NO EXTRA SAUCE, so I ran inside and told them AGAIN and I finally got it. Iâve worked in the food industry for 8 years and this is the most ridiculous thing Iâve ever seen. Why is it so hard to just put extra sauce on a bagel??? Iâve spent an insane amount of money at this location for almost 5 months on this specific breakfast, when I go somewhere else they get it right away. Iâm sick of it. Do better mcdonaldâs on kingsmills rd, youâve officially lost my business.

Shake machine is always down. At this point Iâd rather drive 10 minutes to a different one.
Fast food. Remember to factor in for King's Island traffic. Too much salt for me anymore. Salt in the buns, in the patties. Even my beloved fish fillet is just too salty. All I taste is salt. The only thing i eat here anymore are the bagel breakfast sandwiches.

Thanks for another exciting experience at this location. Ordered on the app. Told to go to window 2, not second window. Went to the window labeled 2. Sat for 10 minutes. Went inside. I walk in, the manager immediately greets m le with "are you the woman that went to the wrong window" "im the woman who's been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes". He sets my bag of food and coffee down and tells me yup it's was the wrong window. I tell him it's the window his employee told me to go to. He yells over his shoulder yup, still wrong as if it was my fault.
Thanks for the cold food, late for work and crappy start to my day đ
