Please do not waste your money and this place they tell you to pull forward for give you cold food that is not even fresh and everything is because the numbers the time McDonald's time these people when you at the drive through window and they don't want the time to count on them so please be alert because when this company care more about time than quality is the best restaurant to go. A SPECIALIST IF IS THE MANAGER WHO TELL YOU TO PULL FORWARD THIS MANAGER DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THIS MANAGER JUST CARE ABOUT HER BONUS AND HER NUMBER.

I When this morning through the drive through and bought some burritos I ask for mild sauce and they give me the wrong sauce (Picante) I ask the the manager for mild sauce nobody was behind me I. The drive through and she replied to me to pull ahead for your mild sauce lady I know you guys worry about your time running in the drive through but you service my order so you know you time was not my counting YOU NEED TO DO BETTER AS A MANAGER THEY NEED TO TRAINING YOU AGAIN 👎👎👎⛔⛔⛔

I was waiting for my order to be taken and a man rudely told another lady and I with a loud tone “ You guys can take your orders at the kiosk”. I didn’t know how To order the specific thing I wanted on the kiosk. And then he proceeded to tell his Employees “ I told them to use the kiosk and they’re just standing there staring”. I was just patiently waiting. It is bizarre how rude people are for literally no reason. It’s not my fault you have to work at McDonald’s.

I usually do a mobile Order and pick up inside. Totally avoid the drive through line. The drive thru line can get pretty long during peak hours. My order is correct 99% of the time, and they food is always good and tasty.

Horrible service! The drive through employee taking my order kept cutting me off with “that all?” While I was trying to order more. Then when I tried to correct them for ringing my order up wrong, they just kept saying “pull up”

Then the food still came out wrong! And they argued with me about the receipt because the employee taking my order refused to fix it on the screen.

The fries were soggy and cartons not even remotely full. They gave me Diet Coke instead of regular.

All around horrible experience. Employees here are useless and look at you with the dumbest look on their faces when you ask for something.

I repeat it myself three times Four double cheeseburgers , lady behind the counter asked me four times, they gave me double hamburgers!!!ÂĄ No cheese, and they ring it up as a hamburger on purpose

There’s this black trans lady with dark brown hair with light brown tail ends with a tight braid
 So I had already ordered a meal about an hour or so before coming back up to ask for a refill on my drink because the dining soda machine didn’t have the dispensers on. When telling her that the soda machine didn’t have the dispensers on and for a refill, instead of giving a refill she accused me of stealing the drink, saying “was this paid for?” This really posed me off but I said “yes I ordered awhile ago and I need a refill” she then just said okay and walked off
 I then waited for about 10 minutes while she blatantly ignored me, pulling out her phones and not acknowledging me. So inspite of her I had to order another drink from the kiosk because she wouldn’t take my order. I Oder another drink and (intentionally, I will admit) spilled the drink on the counter because I was furious with her. I then walked out and was leaving, but she came out taking my license plate number and kicking me out telling me not to come back. I asked why she wouldn’t just give me a free refill, but she just said “you’re not coming back” and “I’ve told my staff, because I’m the general manager”

I don’t know about you but that’s not how a manager is supposed to treat you (granted I did spill my second drink after not being treated correctly)

She needs a major attitude adjustment and needs to be fired immediately from her position, because every other staff member there (especially the nice bald headed manager who works in the morning I get along with, and like very much) If anyone is reading this please do something about that worker!

Visited the location millions of times usually good service. Onions were not rinsed off at all!!! Horrible taste to the freshly made quarter pounders (4) meals that was ordered. Phoned the store spoke with Robert I believe his name was very respectful tone of voice offered to replace the meals for the inconvenience. This was 10/23/24 around 6:40pm. Today while on lunch i phoned the location again to confirm and let them know I was 15 mins away to retrieve the order. Unfortunately I was met by a Manager named Shauna (hope I didn’t misspell your name) rude individual who put me on hold (not muted) to down talk a fellow employee about the bad batch of onions received. Obviously she had knowledge of the bad batch of onion’s however said he needs to stop refunding or replacing the bad burgers because of the onions!
Seems like with the knowledge that onions have not been rinsed the simple solution is to rinse them before ruining someone’s burger and by all means MAKE IT RIGHT BY THE CUSTOMER SHAUNA! Shame on you 
..

This location is one of the better locations in the Mason/Mills area , but not by much. Orders are usually always wrong, or they dont give you napkins or utensils or anything like that. Instructions are hard, like no cheese, but they put it on anyway.

Went to the McDonald because of happy meal toys. Asked for two different toys if we can. The register said fine but we end up with the same toys. Also didn’t allow to buy a different one. I am not sure what happened here. If they only have one toys at least can just tell me when they gave me food or when I order.
