Service was mediocre, took 45 minutes to get two cheeseburgers. Order was incorrect, when pointing out what was wrong they seemed more annoyed with us than with the fact they got our order wrong. Food was cold and way overpriced for what you get but it’s a theme park so that’s expected. Food delivery concept with the buzzers is not great, waitresses walking around forever looking for tables causes cold food. Extremely disappointed, for the price and time we waited it was absolutely less than satisfactory.

We visited here on a Saturday and we had great service. I highly recommend the Pub Burger. We also were here a year ago, and I had the London Bridge fish sandwich, which was also perfect. My wife tried the KI salad. It was really heavy on the onion, which is odd for a salad with cheese crumbles, pecans, and cranberries. Also, the dressing was too sweet and they put too much on. Imagine the sweet onion sauce from Subway. It was an odd combination. Also, the only other downside was that tutor tots were the only side choice unless you wanted to pay an uncharged. Overall, the food is great, and I can't wait to try other menu options.

I have eaten here many times visiting Kings Island and until today have always enjoyed the food. Tonight I ordered the three pigs which is 3 pulled pork sliders with tater tots. When I bit into the first sandwich I chewed on something hard. I figured it was a bone in the pulled pork, but when I spit out the bite out of my mouth I found a metal wing nut in my sandwich. Make sure you check your food if you eat there.

Great atmosphere sitting at the bar, eating dinner and watching college football. The Winterfest seasonal, Meatloaf burger is to die for.
TVs definitely could use some updating, they are pixelated. This would be a great place for adults to hangout while older kids can ride the rides around river town, (mystic timbers, diamond back, beast).

We came in and went to the bar to order a drink. Bartender told us she would be right with us. Watched her go and make the drinks that were ordered, and watched more people come into the bar. After the fourth person that came in after us was helped, we reminded her that we still hadn't been helped. She shrugged, said sorry and continued serving people who either came in after us or making new drinks for people already at the bar. We got up to leave and she began complaining about us to other customers. Service here has never been great, but never as bad as today.

The burgers and tots here are amazing! I'd highly recommend those. The Three Little Pig Sliders are good but you don't get enough pulled pork on them. This place has a good diverse menu though and a great place to sit in and eat to beat the heat. I'd recommend this place.
