We love kings island and have season passes, the meal plan, and fast pass season passes- we live really close. My husband and i often come and ride diamond back and eat at treehouse and then go home. Tonight it was taking a while because it was busy… we weren’t going to say anything unless it took more than 30… a server named Jamie noticed we had t gotten our food and checked on it and brought it out a little bit later .. THANK YOU JAMIE for paying attention- it’s the little things like Jamie’s service that make us love this park even more… we live 4 miles away and love it!

this is the absolute slowest food service location on Kings Island property. Each time we've tried dining here it's been a bad experience. the wait time for your food is nearly an hour each time. we ordered at 2:53pm and still waiting for our order at 3:30pm this is a HUGE waste of time at the park for food that's mediocre. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SKIPPING THIS DINING LOCATION, especially if you value your time in the park.

25m for a single hot dog, with grapes as side. Hd was at least warm. How was it, well, it was a plain hot dog, pretty hard to screw up. Spit out the grapes. Nasty old, tasted like vinegar. Had to sit at bar as many tables unbused. Most of the empty tables with half eaten entrees. Not suprised.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and tots. Took 30 minutes and when we got the food it was cold. Went up to the front and they offered to remake immediately. New food was hot and freshly made and tasted good. Probably won't eat there again with the other options they have available

My fish sandwich has a tail! 😝 It is Delicious! I usally have the double pub cheeseburger ! Yum!❤️
Service was mediocre, took 45 minutes to get two cheeseburgers. Order was incorrect, when pointing out what was wrong they seemed more annoyed with us than with the fact they got our order wrong. Food was cold and way overpriced for what you get but it’s a theme park so that’s expected. Food delivery concept with the buzzers is not great, waitresses walking around forever looking for tables causes cold food. Extremely disappointed, for the price and time we waited it was absolutely less than satisfactory.

We visited here on a Saturday and we had great service. I highly recommend the Pub Burger. We also were here a year ago, and I had the London Bridge fish sandwich, which was also perfect. My wife tried the KI salad. It was really heavy on the onion, which is odd for a salad with cheese crumbles, pecans, and cranberries. Also, the dressing was too sweet and they put too much on. Imagine the sweet onion sauce from Subway. It was an odd combination. Also, the only other downside was that tutor tots were the only side choice unless you wanted to pay an uncharged. Overall, the food is great, and I can't wait to try other menu options.
