Not all Moes are created equal. The portions seemed larger than other Moe's I've been to, and the cost was less. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Ordered the taco kit to go for my wife and 3 young kids. Was ready when I arrived at the time the app said. Good was fresh and kit was just right for what we needed. Love their queso and the chips and salsa.

I came in for lunch with a gift card that clearly shows its redeemable at moes southwest grill... The I'm assuming manager had a bad attitude and would not accept it... I almost told them to throw my food away but i bought it anyway.... Why would you not accept a gift card that has your company name and logo on the back?? Annoying really

This is my favorite of the rice and protein bowl joints. The guac and queso are excellent.
It's been just okay the last few times I've eaten here. The food is a little bland despite getting a lot of options on my food. Usually it is luke warm as well despite picking it up before the designated pick up time, that might be mended by ordering in person vs on the app though.

They will mangle the burrito and rip it everywhere and look at you like it was your fault, then proceed to refuse to remake it and just plop it in a bowl. How you gonna be a Chipotle spin off and not even be able to roll a burrito. Garbage customer service and food is extremely mediocre.
