Nothing Bundt Cakes

My first stop to a store ever, was today & it was great. Girls were friendly enough. The store was so cute! And we got the vanilla, WCR, and Red Velvet. I love these little bundt cakes. I usually have had them at events or weddings, etc. Today, I stopped in for a gift for a friend and my daughter & I treated ourselves! I LOVE the WCR. And I enjoy the RV! Though I could do without the chocolate chips - there are few so that’s good! I also LOVEEEEEE the pumpkin spice I had recently too. YUM!

I love their cakes but take a look at the ingredients listed online for white chocolate raspberry cake. Have enjoyed their cakes many times over the years. Even though I have some favorites, the ones that weren't my favorite were still great. All of the cakes are dense and moist, and the cream cheese icing is the best. They recently had a food truck start going to our local High School football games, and it's awesome they sell gluten-free Bundtlets from it. Both of the GF flavors are great, but I prefer the Lemon Raspberry. The best cakes I can get from a chain bakery!

I know I don’t look like the usual clientele but I really didn’t appreciate how I put my money in the cashier’s hand and she put my change on the counter!!! It was rude fr!!!! Customer service trash good cake tho…. Last time going

Huge Insect in the cake. I'm lucky I noticed this before eating it🤮. I can only guess what is happening in their kitchen. Even one star is too much for such lack of sanitation.

So imagine ordering a cake for a birthday for your boss. Then telling other bosses and bosses family to be there just to get canceled after the actual time for it to be delivered. And i get doordash also needs to take blame. The biggest problem is when I called the lady and I will not say her name. But she treated me like because I ordered on doordash thats what I get. Well then you should not take doordash orders. Instead of a solution i got shamed for ordering on doordash. And just so you know I called servatis explained my situation and they actually delivered for to me. They got in a personal vehicle and turned me from a chump in front of my co workers to a champ. Thats what I meant by customer service district manger at nothing but disappointed.

I purchased the assorted buntinis to try out the flavors. The problem? They're all delicious. I will return to the store whenever I need a carry in dessert.

I sit here... high off more edibles than I care to admit wondering what sorceress was in the back weilding black magic to create these things... it's literally the only way these cakes end up so good...

Girl behind the counter was super nice, and i've eaten 4 in 2 hours, so before I go into a diabetic coma 5 stars!

Just spent almost $70 for 12 mini cakes just to be told they don’t provide forks, they are “Extra”. $70 wasn’t enough for 12 plastic forks?

Service was very good and fast!
I bought the $29 custom box and it was amazing, highly recommend!
Will be back for more for sure.

The white chocolate raspberry cake was very dry. I’ve never had this experience at the Rookwood location. I was informed by tge mason owner that she would be buying the Rookwood location. Hopefully they don’t ruin Rookwood's reputation.
