The white chocolate raspberry cake was very dry. I’ve never had this experience at the Rookwood location. I was informed by tge mason owner that she would be buying the Rookwood location. Hopefully they don’t ruin Rookwood's reputation.

The customer service was outstanding! The staff who assisted me with a pressing problem were incredibly friendly and helpful! Plus, the cakes are amazing; I've never encountered any problems!

Ordering online was extremely easy. The variety is a good amount. I was in and out when I came to pick up the cakes. I was met with a smile and treated like a human. The cake is delicious!! Will be buying again.

Wow, just wow! If management is so bad that you hate your job, there are other places that are hiring. The person that checked me out acted so put out that she had to ring in two cakes and bag them. Not a smile, or thank you, just a “here”.

It was my granddaughters birthday. She can't have gluten. I was looking for a place to get a gluten free cake. She said it was delicious. I definitely will return.

I accidentally ordered my cakes (online) to this store which was the wrong location. I take full responsibility for having the wrong store. However, the woman I spoke to on the phone about canceling my order was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Such a shame and highly disappointed.
