We often get pizza from Papa John's when we have sleepovers with our young granddaughters. They love the cheesey sticks and we get a pizza as well. There's almost always a special and all four us usually get two meals out of it for $15-$20.

I realize ordering food can be a hit or miss sometimes. But this was really bad. I want to point out this is not for all the time just this experience. If I order during the week during lunch the food is astounding. This time was horrible. The food took 53 minutes for 2 pizzas. I was patient and waited. Then the food came cold. Not warm COLD. The driver had the audacity to take it out the pizza bag like it was hot. Okay, no big deal I will warm it up. Did that and the consistency did not changed. It looked like a cold, day old pizza that sat out. Was hot but the cheese never melted. Okay whatever hungry let me just try it. Ate a few slices and felt sick. Felt like I was going to vomit. My spouse ate one slice and also felt the same way. Still feeling sick this morning and I am not happy about it. We now officially have taste aversion to Papa John's. I know no one is perfect but we did not expect to get sick from eating some pizza. Waste of money, time. Do better! Again not for the weekday crew just this onetime experience.

I got it delivered so I can't speak to the store itself. The pizzas were delicious. 😋 I got both a cheese and deluxe lg pizzas.

We were hungry for pizza and decided to go to Papa John's!!!!! Absolutely a nightmare! We didn't realize that they had a call center, they were just as rude. Dad had to call back and said they couldn't find an order in the system. Arrive to the store to pick the pizza and breadsticks up and no one could be found. Get home with the pizza ( look below at the photo). We also got the garlic parmesan breadsticks and way toooo much garlic on them! Will go elsewhere for pizza! I had to pick one star, rather no star at all! What happened to your business?!

Managers are unprofessional, 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE!!! I didn’t get his name but he works at this location! He was short and didn’t resolve my issue whatsoever !! I ordered a cheese pizza, it was disgusting, had entirely too much cheese on it, the whole pizza was falling apart I couldn’t even pick it up! So I called to get a credit or refund. Manager said he would refund me and could take up to 2 days, well 3 days went by and still no refund. I call to let them know no refund has came and he insist it did and I’m clearly telling him it didn’t!! It’s a $14 pizza, I would rather just re make it ,instead of arguing with the customer,and getting a bad review left ! I am upset, my issue still isn’t resolved. Noe I’m left with no refund or pizza! Thanks.
