Club sandwich had very little meat, was dry and was totally missing any lettuce and tomatoes. Location had good sandwiches in the past but this visit was a big disappointment.

I will say this is my 1st time stopping at this location, I usually go to the one in maineville. I ordered my sandwich online, which was super easy to do. When I got to the restaurant to pick it up, they dropped the fries so they're fresh and hot. Who can't appreciate that?!? The staff was very kind and respectful. And the food was perfect.

Floors could of been swept to make the place look cleaner. Would of went a long way. Employees never smile and act like your bothering them but the food outweighs that at the moment so we still going there at least 2x a week.
I've been to several Penn Station locations, but none compare to the one managed by Tom. The service is always fast, friendly, and consistent. The food quality is top-notch every time, from the perfectly grilled sandwiches to the fresh-cut fries. Tom runs the place like a well-oiled machine, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. His leadership and attention to detail are clearly reflected in the staff’s professionalism. He deserves a raise for the exceptional work he does—it’s the best Penn Station I've ever been to!
Pen Station is always good, the guys running the back are fantastic. The place is clean but smells of old mop water and is distracting when eating. I thought at first the drain system backed up. I am sure it will be addressed and fixed quickly.

Jack is the best service worker ever, he needs a raise ASAP!!!!! He took my order so quickly and with so much wit and humor! My sandwich was made in quick time and tasted so delicious I know it only could have been made by the one and only Jack of no trade!!!!!
