Corn dog and tater tots had just come out of the fryer and were hot and delicious. Cheeseburger had fresh toppings but both the bun and cheese were cold and quickly cooked down the meat patty. Brewhouse is only a two minute walk away and has much better cheeseburgers but this location had almost no wait and Brewhouse can be 15-30 minute wait anytime it’s crowded enough for the Planet Snoopy Grill to be open.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not many wheelchair-accessible tables to eat at.

Went there on 7/29/22. Took my daughter and father to Kings Island for a fun day. We left early in the morning and drove straight there. By the time we got there we need to eat so we decided to try the snoopy planet grill. This was a massive mistake. My father and I got the cheeseburger basket, my daughter got the corn dog. I became very ill within a few hours. I only got to ride one ride with my family, and immediately after I became much more sick and had diarrhea. This was the only place we ate. 1 day later I have a fever and still using the bathroom. My father became ill later as well. My daughter is the only to have seemed to be ok. Ruined my whole trip.
Food was bad. Out of hot dog and corn dogs. Hamburger looked like questionable meat. Paying $16.00 for a burger that ended up in the trash is crazy. Kids ate a few bites and they were done.
Been waiting 45 minutes and not even to through the line. If the park can’t fix the food lines this will be my last year buying a season pass.
After attending on Saturday May 8,2021 I have decided that I will not return until they have enough staff to operate the park. The lines for everything was very very very long and it was not due to being over crowded. It is apparent the park is grossly under staffed to operate as it used too. Also some of the covid restrictions they have in place is above the CDC recommendations as well as state mandates. The policy’s they have adopted leads to a very terrible experience. The park is dirty, most food/drink stands closed and staff that is there is overwhelmed. Also after hearing several loud complaints from people being forced to exit the park for smoking I’m wondering if they have made that policy to restrictive? They said it takes away from their experience having to completely vacate the park and go back through the long long line to re-enter. The management has done a terrible disservice with this policy it seems. Be prepared for a very frustrating experience if you go , management needs to reevaluate some policies. Terrible experience and very disappointed in Kings Island, I feel cheated for purchasing a season pass.
We went with our family to Kings Island passholders preview weekend even though it was crazy busy it was a awesome experience.
The rides are awesome!!! The staff was so friendly. I recommend the fast pass to get on the rides. It saved so much time. Over all it's a great park. But I hated going into the bathrooms. Every one of them was so nasty!! Stunk!! The smell was awful! This just made our visit from being perfect. Oh there was one employee who was very rude. Very!! At the Potato Works, a food place, we asked for ranch dressing. "We dont have that!" The girl snapped. Then a really nice employee handed us some ranch. We asked the girl for ketchup, THE SHE THREW IT AT US!!! I wish I got her name.
Today, May 8, 2021 was the worst trip we have ever experienced at Kings Island and we are Season Pass Holders. We spent a total of 8 hours in the park today split up with 5 hours standing in line to ride 4 rides and 3 hours standing in line to try to purchase (1) meal @ 2 p.m. and (1) soda @ 5 p.m. We waited in line to order (2) cheeseburgers and fries for an hour and a half and finally had to give up and leave the park to go to a nearby Wendy’s drive-thru where we also waited in line for another 30 minutes. There were no soda/water/Powerade machines or drink stations or drink carts anywhere in the park except near Diamondback and the only places to get beverages from were the restaurants (where you had to stand in line for 1-2 hours.) The credit card machines were slower than slow and it took 5 minutes for our transaction to be approved for (1) soda. All of the water rides were closed along with Delirium, Vertigo and Monster and the entire park was very understaffed.
We are platinum pass holders with full meal and drink plans and full season fast lane plus. Food service on May 8, 2021 was a disaster. Largest lines I've ever seen at every single food service station. The park reported slow credit card system. But the issue I saw was with service. It literally took ten minutes to serve each customer, notwithstanding the payment process. This occurred at multiple locations. Having to spend hours and hours waiting for meals defeats the purpose of paying for fast lane plus. I hope this is just working out early season bugs. If not, it it going to be a major guest service headache for the park
Here are some tips I wrote down for our trip that I wanted to share with all of you and also remind myself in case we ever return to this park. Purchase the fast pass because it saves a ton of time and stress with wait times except it doesn't really help in the water park portion. By 2-3 pm ride times go from nothing to 60 minute wait time. If you ride the Beast - sit in the middle for a smoother ride. If plan on doing both parks (which we would skip water) then go to one and then move car to the other. Tickets at the gate are higher than online and some grocery stores that sell them. Our favorite rides were Diamondback, Banshee, and Flight of Fear. Here are rides with short line cause of high rider capacity: Banshee and Racers. These coasters have slower moving times: (ride earlier or later) diamondback and flight of fear.

This season started out as being non ex-sistant until, they opened and when they did, they made sure that everything was safe and secure. They took care of their customers and made this a "magical" place to enjoy, relax and have fun. This park should be an example to all Amusement parks! It's a park in Ohio but we seen visitors from all over the country. This year, it was for sure, the "happiest place on Earth", in a depressing time of the pandemic, this park stepped up and made sure they opened in a safe and constructive manner. They had strict rules but also allowed fun. They opened a new coaster (because their customers wanted it, a giga). This coaster is amazing and is called ORION. They staff at this park and management team is amazing! They have over the top awards for their employees and even treat them to cook outs. This good treatment of staff = happy employees which = happy customers. The food options at this park as well as drink are incredible and delicious. There is healthy options as well. There is lots to do, even in a season where they did away with some things for safety reasons of the pandemic. Now lets not forget about the BEAST, the best coaster ever, ran loud and proud. It's a master piece in it's own right, a work of art. If you're thinking of a fun time, enjoy Kings Island in Mason Ohio.
I honesty can't say enough good things about our visit here this past weekend!! My family has been Cedar Point pass holders for years and with all the complaints I have seen about CP, we decided to switch things up this year and try KI instead. From the first employee we encountered when we came in to the last employee of the day they were all amazing and super super friendly and happy. The rides were sanitized and they were enforcing masks and social distancing. Wait times were not long at all on the day we went so it made for an amazing day. The food was delicious. Fresh and hot every time. The park is clean and well maintained. I am super happy that we made the switch for the year. Totally worth the trip!!
Went to the fall festival with my wife and two kids on a Saturday (4 and 7). Overall, the kids had a great time and would go back tomorrow if they could. I was less enthralled but still had a good time. Park looked great with the Halloween decorations and a nice touch was the free trick or treat stations located around the park for kids. Worked here one summer over 20 years ago (when the park was owned by Paramount) and I think the park is in better shape now than it was back then. Masks are mandatory at the park and the park does try its best to keep people socially distant by marking 6 feet apart spaces in the lines. The snoopy/kids area of the park was kind of mobbed because it was a beautiful fall Saturday and a great day to bring little kids with all of the Halloween celebrations. We spent almost our entire day there. Lots of kiddie rides in this area. One really negative thing is they have reduced most of the rides’ capacity severely (usually a 50% cut) to keep people separated, so every kids ride had a wait. Totally understandable due to COVID but hard to explain to little kids. Biggest complaint was the food service. Bought tickets that included three trick or treat tastings at various spots around the park. These tastings were two set options at certain food places. Instead of having the tastings ready to go buffet style they made to order each of the trick or treat dishes. This caused long and unnecessary lines. Also, the prices for the food are just outrageous in addition to the long lines. I knew this would be the case going in but it still is a shock to see a Chik Fil A #1 meal (an original chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink) priced at $16.79. I think the same meal outside the park goes for $7.79. Don’t mind paying a few dollars more but don’t double the price! By the time you include the food, parking, tickets, souvenirs, and a few games, it is going to cost a family of four around $300 to visit. Just be prepared and find joy in the excitement in your kids’ faces as they have the time of their life.
Just got back and wasn't impressed at all with how they are handling COVID. We got through screening process okay and went to security to go through. We were then told the mask my son had one (he's 7 by the way) wasn't going to work. We told him that we went through screening and they didn't say a word. He said yeah I don't know why they leave it up to security to tell people that certain masks aren't allowed. And then he said that Kings Island just updated their masks policy. To be honest I was ticked because I didn't receive notice the policy had changed and it wasn't listed on their app. This is after I bought tickets over a week ago. Wasn't cool at all. So we went to this tent to get a disposable mask. We walk in there and the guy sitting in there had on a fire/emt shirt. We told him what security told us. He just looked at us like he had no clue what was going on. And then goes oh yeah Kings Island just changed their policy. At this point I just wanted to leave. I mean come on get it together. We finally got my son settled. He was super upset because he only likes to wear certain masks that he's comfortable wearing. Go inside to do our thing. I only saw one ride being sanitized the whole 6 hours I was there. And please for the love of god can they not take some of our money we spend there and update the bathrooms. They are the same ones from the 70's I believe and were disgusting. Unlike other places that block off sinks so people cannot be right next to each other King's Island had all the sinks open. So everyone was crowded around each other trying to wash hands after using a toilet that wouldn't flush. They did provide hand sanitizer stations around the park but most of them were empty. I've been going to Kings Island for over 35 years and this was the first time I have ever been disappointed when I left. I will say my son had fun and my husband got to ride Orion, so there's that. I guess next time we'll go to Holiday World and check out what is going on there.
Planet snoopy is an excellent place for families that goes to kings island with little kids. They have kid friendly rides staff is helpful and I would recommend the blue moo ice cream you can get there.
