Expensive.....

The chicken was good but the service was bad. Know one was in a hurry to get your order done. You had to wait forever to get your food. We were there for a church conference.

I went to order lunch today before work was not greeted with the hello, and there were four employees just sitting around, leaning on the wall the one employee that assumed I thought it was going to take my order did not even look at me didn’t turn his back for me, maintain seated facing the kitchen and then tried to put my order in. I said never mind, wow just wow

the last 4 times I have tried to order at this location around 2 and 3pm you have 1 or none mild chicken legs I'm done trying the food is good if you have it to sell sad to loose customers because you can't cook as it's running low or out was told 15 to 20 min 3 of the times for more chicken

Way better customer service than most Indianapolis locations.....completely different customers experience.....my kid said, where the fights at over here 😆 .....the employees were awesome, theres an older Caucasian lady with red/orange hair, she was great 👍

Just ordered 18 chicken wings with three different dipping sauces. Asked for sauce on side. Only got two sauces and all poured on top. My kid hate sauces so he ate nothing for the lunch.

I'm a popeyes lover but tonight I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied by the service I received from this location " mason Montgomery road mason Ohio!" I arrived at 9:40pm only to be told that the only item they had left was ghost pepper wings and that they close at 10:00pm. Such a shame!! Shouldn't you have more items to offer your customers till 10:00pm? Not sure if I'll be visiting this location anymore!! Customer service has fallen to the way side!! Without customers you have no business or a job!! I'd like them to consider that while serving the public!!!

Vegetarian options: My vegetarian friend got the fries and mac & cheese. He says he’s 90% sure they’re cooked in chicken or beef oil, so if you’re a strict vegetarian you should ask about that.

Ordering on the app was easy. I ordered a 5 piece spicy tenders with a side of red beans and rice and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. When I got back to my hotel and opened the bag, it wasn’t spicy tenders but regular and they gave me two sides of mashed potatoes no red beans and rice. This was not a large order by they managed to screw it ip anyway. The sweet tea is delicious!

The wings were horrible. They tasted like they were left over and not fresh at all. Especially since I was there when they opened.
I didn't even smell fresh grease.
