I always thought that I wouldn't be interested in this place, but I saw they had buffalo chicken on fries and gave it a try. I only wish I had gone there sooner. The chicken was shredded and cooked perfectly. The fries were thick but cooked in the middle. The ranch and buffalo sauce worked great together, and the scallions added a nice texture. The older gentleman at the register was great. We got our food fast, and it was delicious. We're also happy that it's a part of the dining plan. Overall, it was a great experience.

9 dollars for inconsistent portion sizes
As expected park food. Glad to have gluten free chicken tenders and fries. But the operation was badly understaffed and inefficient, taking away valuable park time.
The food here was sitting in a puddle of oil which really threw off my appetite. To boot, the staff here were unreasonably rude to people anytime they asked for silverware (which was out of stock). Not worth the price point for the fries either.

These potatoes and cheese sauce are the best in all the land. I've been obsessed for decades and hope KI keeps this place going forever!

This location sells fresh cut French fries and chicken tenders. The place is called potato works. So on a Saturday, how do they not have any french fries or chicken tenders ready.
The staff was apologetic for this stating there will be a five minute wait.
Outside of not being prepared, the fries were wide cut and good. The chicken tenders were hot (as they just finished cooking).

These are not the same thick cut fries they used to be. They're thin regular cut fries you can get anywhere for less money. They were worth the price for the the large fry they used to be. These are actually greasier and cool down a lot faster. And twrrible cold! I used to like to get theseas a snack every visit. If this is the way they are going to be all season, I'll keep my $24 for my family's 2 orders per visit from now on. Disappointed to say the least.

Fresh-cut fries are pretty hard to beat. Chicken tenders are decent but not as good as the Chicken Shack option.

We ordered the Buffalo chicken fries and it looks like instead of chicken they put pulled pork on it. If this is chicken, it’s not good. We also ordered a sprite and couldn’t get anyone to get our drink after our food was up. The Buffalo sauce and ranch aren’t not good so not sure how that’s possible but don’t waste your time. This place is too expensive to drop the ball this much.

A delicious heart attack in a basket and comfort food with no nutritional value. Seasonal options are mostly on the all-season and daily dining plans but requires great restraint in order to keep fitting in the coaster seats.

Great french fries. They offer lots of variety, including seasonal offerings for various events. I had a BBQ Brisket Cheese Fries called "Missouri Jane" with sweet potato fries, and it was delicious. It's great for what it is in the amusement park. It's noteworthy to mention that the french fries are huge, so it's great for sharing too!

Potato works needs to go back to the original way. I ordered the tender basket and my fries are almost black and the chicken just looks fake. Not appetizing at all for spending 32$

We wanted a snack but a little more substantial than a pretzel or popcorn. Potato Works fit the bill. I ordered the bacon cheese fries. The fries were hot and fresh and the cheese sauce and bacon were both plentiful. The flavor was really good. 10.99 wasn't outrageous since it was large enough for 2 of us to share. Beware: large drinks are $6+. The unlimited drink package they have might be worth it.....There was plenty of shaded seating but we went on a day where it wasn't busy. Everyone was satisfied with what they ordered.

The plain fries were pretty good. The chicken tenders were kind of a joke. The bacon cheese fries were disgusting. A literal half inch of just grease at the bottom soaked into the fries and left as a standing puddle.I am generally a very chill person and bacon plus cheese plus fries should just never look like this.
