I always thought that I wouldn't be interested in this place, but I saw they had buffalo chicken on fries and gave it a try. I only wish I had gone there sooner. The chicken was shredded and cooked perfectly. The fries were thick but cooked in the middle. The ranch and buffalo sauce worked great together, and the scallions added a nice texture. This location sells fresh cut French fries and chicken tenders. The place is called potato works. So on a Saturday, how do they not have any french fries or chicken tenders ready.
The staff was apologetic for this stating there will be a five minute wait.
Outside of not being prepared, the fries were wide cut and good. The chicken tenders were hot (as they just finished cooking).

We ordered the Buffalo chicken fries and it looks like instead of chicken they put pulled pork on it. If this is chicken, it’s not good. We also ordered a sprite and couldn’t get anyone to get our drink after our food was up. The Buffalo sauce and ranch aren’t not good so not sure how that’s possible but don’t waste your time. This place is too expensive to drop the ball this much.
