I went in on a Wednesday (chicken burrito special) that I had saw online. Took daughter there first time she was excited. Father and son were there. You could tell all the food had been sitting. It was around 430 ish. Nothing looked fresh. But I said forget it. We got it, I still pick chipotle over this location atleast. Older man (the father) was getting mad I was asking for extra things bc they were literally scrapping the bottom of these bins for sour cream? He got angry and had son take over my order? Over sour cream. Well w the Wednesday deal you get a drank. I never got a cup. I went back up to get a cup and he refused. When I got charged the original $11 and instead of the Wednesday deal that I never said anything about he refused to give me a cup and so did father. When the Wednesday deal was 7.99 or 8.99 with a drink included. Good for you who go in with fresh items and happier workers at that time

The manager is always so nice. It doesn’t matter if you come in when they’re in their final hour: he’s incredibly kind (as his staff). Consistently the best Qdoba I’ve been to.

Food was fresh. Vegetables were generously sized. Prices were reasonable. Server was friendly. Good climate control. Eating area was fairly clean. Restroom could use a strong deodorizer.

Proper food handling and hand hygiene are important.- Don’t go here, unless you want food poisoning!

If you don’t want to run the risk of getting sick, you’re better off going to the Blue Ash location. Their service is better, along with more generous portions.

Another note- Someone was literally standing on the stove, cleaning the vents while we were standing in line (and food was simultaneously being prepared), which I don’t find to be a good look, during service hours.

I love Qdoba, but this location has a lot that needs to be improved. This was my first and last time trying out this location. It is places like this that make me not want to eat out anymore.

Me and my kids went in for the first time. Can’t wait to go back. The 2 guys behind the counter was having fun and the manager was awesome when she came around and asked how the food was. Will be back some time soon.

Just ate here like 6:00 pm been a while since my last visit and the food tasted a lot better and the service was amazing . The 2 cooks/lines guys was very pleasant and made me feel welcomed. The lady at the end that cashed me out was very sweet and nice and joked with me and everything. definitely made me change my mind from the past and I will definitely be back. Glad to see things are changed from months ago.

EDIT: The shady manager/owner of this location cancelled my refund and I’ve had to reach out to Qdoba support who are just as terrible. Save your time and go to Moe’s or Chipotle.I used to love Qdoba. However, my most recent experience was terrible. I went in and ordered brisket. It has been about a year since I’ve eaten at Qdoba, because I don’t live close to one. The brisket looked different, but I continued with my order. After I got my order I began to eat it and noticed one of the peppers still had the sticker on it. They obviously didn’t wash it, otherwise the sticker wouldn’t be there. The brisket was also spicy. I’ve been getting brisket since 2014 and it was never spicy, I guess they changed the recipe. Not sure why they would change something that had been the same for so long, but I digress. After I saw the label though, I took my food back inside and told one of the workers. She didn’t say anything, she just looked at it and took the bowl back to the back. A few moments later the owner or district manager( I’m not sure what his role is, but I’ve seen him at this location and the blue ash location multiple times) came out from the back, walked up to the register and started punching buttons aggressively. He then handed me my refund receipt and I left. Neither the worker or the owner/manager apologized or said anything to me for that matter. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I would never treat someone like that. It was clearly an issue on their end and they made me feel like I was the problem. I will never step foot in one of that man’s establishments again. Just a bit of advice to the owner/manager, maybe you should try to find another line of work, because this is not how you handle situations with your customers.

The best burrito money can buy! Their queso is also the best. If you haven't had Qdoba try it! Way better than Chipotle. By a lot
